Hi Sorrow872. I am interested in the spontaneity of the game. That no world will be the same. That a lot of planets will have the same creatures but different forms. This is particularly interesting to me because my brother will be getting the game too and this way, neither of us can really 'get ahead' of each other in the game, no matter how much we might play more than the other. We will both have unique stuff to show each other, (maybe even make each other jealous > ), and the competition to be the better player isn't as much of a problem. So yeah, I like that the worlds will be procedurally generated.

as an friend of mine got to know i have terraria, we wanted to play it together. Because he has faster internet I slept over by him. After we got quite much practice, I made a new character (I had an wooden Bow and an normal boomerang ) . The first thing we did was killing skeletron (We're still proud of it, especially me, because of noob chara )and we played it every weekend. Now we got all the good stuf, but cant kill any of the harder bosses (The Destroyer, The Twins, Skeletron Prime) because they are 4 players+. We didnt played a lot together since that. We had all we needed. I wanted to make him buy Borderlands, so we could play together. He didnt wanted to buy it, so I searched for other games with many items, in order for llong playing fun. Them I stumbled over starbound. I couldnt tell my friend about it till now, but I will as early as i can. I have the feeling, I'm gonna have to play a game the whole weekend when it comes out ^^

The problem is.... their for 4 players+ with my friend and you we would be 3 EDIT: The Destroyer actually IS possible alone.... but its hard.... I tried it and I am proud on making 2000 damage to him.
Lol rly, I have Mythical Crystal Storm, Clockwork Assault Rifle with Cursed Bullets and Magical Harf (all of this not hacked), hallowed armor 400 HP and 320 MP... and mage accesories. Even with this I can't beat them. We can do this in 3 for sure
wait.... dont you need to have killed one of the hardmode bosses for the half of this items? for the harp you need souls of sight, which you only get from the twins.
bu thats okay i think. im not as good and an mage like chara. adept crystal storm masterful laser rifle demonic dao of POW......
It's nice too I've killed only Twins with some people on the GameRanger server, other items were traded for other things

The thought that I could go out and find another planet, and the thought that if someone finds a cool world, I can get that world without starting an entirely new save is awesome to me.
