No, it's even easier for them: All they need to do is actually make some tangible progress on this thing and show that they're realistically able to meet their own self-imposed goals. Thus far they not only have failed to do that much, they've also failed to take any take any responsibility or set a release date. Once again: Being indie does not mean they get a free pass on accountability. Chucklefish was not ready for this project, at the very least they should own up to that and admit they're in over their head.

I'll be perfectly honest: At this point, I don't give a damn about this game anymore. I'm just furious that people are getting swindled by another early-access bomb and the best thing they can do is defend those who swindled them.

 

Which goals have they failed to reach?

 

wtf is going on with you, my post was not directed at the game or chucklefish, i just and only was pointing out what an investor an investment is.

because people don't really seem get what an investor is and calling themself an investor for buying the game. But that's not the case!
