sorry to ask but could you make an more aggressive sounding electric guitar? the "nwyee nwyee" lead guitar just does not work for system of a down, metallica and disturbed, maybe even an aggro bass and growler microphone too?

I'm thinking about writing some side-quests related to the instruments so some of the next ones should be obtained only via quest. What do you think?

Serious side: Sounds extremely good, someone in the Gateway like a Hylotl (or any other guy, I'm not racist) which will give you the instruments (or the blueprints, or both) in exchange of quests?
A Hylotl would make so much sense, it will be our friend Alex Vixgeck himself! Just waiting to annoy us with tons of quests!

And... Reporting a bug: 2A03 Drums isn't showing
Reason: The item is named "2A03drums", not "2a03drums".
Solution: Change the name to "2a03drums", or change the single letter in the player.config.patch file

 

Yup! That's what I was thinking about! (I'm having a good time messing around with the scriptable UI windows so expect one of those quests to be an arcade game )

Is anyone noticing an odd beeping noise sometimes on the Caballe?

 

File a4.ogg is missing.

 

I'll try to launch an update tomorrow, so I can ship a couple of new instruments beside this bugfix. Thanks for the bug report!

 

Goin' forward with the idea.

 

Jumped in, tried the new instruments, got some constructive critisisma.
the Circus actually sounds too clear. it could be the wine glass instrument or an organ.
the Kazoo is out of tune, but im not entirely sure what an in-tune kazoo sounds like.
the Floppy is perfect, but it could be a little louder.

other than that, amasing.

 

I'll try to improve the fidelity of the Circus for the next release!

Well, it's pretty hard to throw a perfect note with a kazoo. Those things sounds very detuned as-is.

If I make it louder, it could clip and overwhelm other instruments. I'll try to check it with various equalizer presets, tho.

Creative mode mod doesn't support these. I become sad.
