Water airlock - Simple!

    I never really understood why people fill the room with water first in the game.
    I understand in real life you would do this because of water pressure affecting your body.
    But in the game I don't understand why. Even the Hylotl underwater cities don't fill it first.

    Not too sure, but I guess that here it's a side-effect of the wiring.
    Besides, it feels cool.

    If you open a door to walk into an under water base, the base will flood and although you could just place a drain in the base, the airlock has the purpose of keeping it tidy and having an area for getting rid of the water you bring in

    I figure that's probably the reason.

    No no no. I understand the airlock part. The part I don't understand is filling the airlock with water before allowing you to exit.
    It's an unnecessary step in the game world. In real life it has value so doing it for realism is a thing.

    ahhh yeah, i get what ya mean, theres no point in filling it up to exit when its gonna fill up anyway when you open the doors and its not like you have to worry bout pressure or anything
