OOC Wars on Distant Shores (Starbound USCM RP)

Remember what I said in the Introductory Post: The maximum age is 48 due to regulations (from there on, soldiers usually lack the endurance or strength needed for day-to-day combat)

By the way, Bustow, what weapons does your character have? As a mercenary, he is allowed a bit more freedom in regards to weapons,

 

He usually carries the 'Apesticker', a durasteel spear, his 'Killshooter,' a pistol, and his 'Brolauncher', a rocket launcher. With the exception of the Apesticker, these are all weapons I actually own in real life (in-game of course). The Killshooter actually shoots slow-motion bullets, which is pretty cool. Let me know if anything needs to be changed!

 

Is there still room for one more? This looks fun....

NAME: d'Artangan (Pronounced dar-tan-yan)
DESCRIPTION: Human, 6'3 tall. 155 pounds roughly. One of his eyes is a deep blood red while the other is a soft blue. White skin, with a small tan.
GENDER: Male
AGE: 18 years old
BIO: Personality: A very charismatic person. He's not very smart and can barely read, but he is clever and resourceful. The young, plucky underdog that you can't help but root for. He is often described as a "smart a**"
Backstory: An Orphan in the Andromeda 7 system, Miles Ransom was an orphan who ran away from his orphanage to live a life of crime. He wasn't really one for killing, but stole money and supplies. A criminal organization called Orion found him when he was thirteen and recruited him to their cause, seeing his specialty with stealing things. He was taught how to kill and though his is quite capable of killing, he is also very squeamish and prefers not to. After four years with Orion he had only killed thirteen people. He soon left Orion after getting in trouble with a superior, and became a mercenary. His charisma gives him quite an edge when it comes to romance, though he drifts through very short, yet "passionate" relationships. He is a very lovable, charismatic character. Charming and nice, he's friends with almost everyone he meets, who's on his side that is. He is loyal and trustworthy. He's good with a short sword sword and better with his silenced pistol. He is an expert pickpocket, and very clever. He does however, hesitate to kill other humans, and is quite squeamish, but he will kill humans if he has to, and has very little problem with killing members of other races. Though people are often with him to back him up, he's almost like a magnet for trouble, and very mischievous. Because he has never formed any major attachments with anyone who has died he is still partially unadjusted to making life or death choices, and grief will always devastate him, as he is not used to any serious loss

NAME: Flamewing (Mercenary.)
DESCRIPTION:


6'2", 185 lbs, red feathers, hooked beak, large plumage.
GENDER: Male
AGE: ~20 years
BIO: Flamewing was born on large desert planet controlled by Kluex cultists. Day in and day out he was subjugated to the strict religious code that the cultist families saw fit. Life wasn't necessarily horrible, besides the majority of the population being poor and controlled religiously by the cultists. Soon, though, the general populace would grow increasingly frustrated by the iron grip the cultists tried to impose. After a few brutally suppressed demonstrations against the cultists, and a few guns fell into the hands of populace, rebellions started to form all over the cities in the name of destroying the cult's power.

A single years passed, where Flamewing spent his 17th year alive in his home city fighting street-by-street against the cult for control. Before the year was over, the cult was finished. That's when Flamewing seeked adventure through pirates that had been running guns to the rebels.

There Flamewing raided commercial ships with his pirate comrades, nothing too violent. But war still beat in his heart, he left his pirate comrades to become a mercenary.

He tries his best to be nice, and not let his past war experience haunt him. He treats all races equally, though his sense of humor can be very offensive. He tends to be on the quieter side of things, being more of a passive thinker than a real talker. But he gets more talkative around those he knows better and is more comfortable around. As long as him comrades are alive and well he is okay. But he can get overly emotional and can be upset easily at the wrong thing which may lead to heated confrontations.

He wears heavy chest armor, and some limb armor. He also carries an assault rifle ( http://i.imgur.com/gPq7x3D.png ) and tribal dagger.
