The concept sounds pretty interesting. I'm not sure how this would be implemented, but I wouldn't want my base in a planet destroyed by some NPC war which I wanted to be no part of. If there's a way to make the NPC war in a way where they wouldn't destroy anything, it could work but it wouldn't be much of a war if there wasn't destruction of infrastructure.

War does not appear on your planet only the 2 that are in war they get destoyed and such but if you claimed a planet there is no war there .
