Bug/Issue Wand and Staff glitches

    VesperCandle Void-Bound Voyager

    Whenever trying to use a wand or staff with the portal, bouncer, or orb abilities, the particle remains stationary, and only damage enemies who touch it.
    I've been on a server where it worked for other players, but not myself. I have tried re-installing, deleting all mods, deleting storage, and I can't find a solution.

    Edit: The cause of the glitch only happens in 32-bit
