Bug/Issue Wand and staff don't seem to work

When i use wands, the orb that follows the cursor doesn't seem to exist, the staff secondary ability works fine but the primary shot of both deal damage only if i summon them on top of the enemy, after that nothing happens, no bouncing orb, nothing. Can't say if this bug happens with rain staffs and with swarm staffs since i didn't get them ingame yet.

I use some mods right now but the problem already existed when i wasn't using them.

My operational system is Windows 7 32-bit.

I'm in windowed mode but i don't know if that changes anything on this matter.

This error I've noticed is caused in 32-bit systems.
As of now, the only fix I've found is using a 64 bit system.
Hopefully ChuckleFish can fix this error.
