Closed walk me through this cant join a multiplayer serv ERROR

can someone please help me walk me through this
ok so i just started playing again i goto join a server and it says error with a whole bunch on numbers i added 2 mods one for manipulator and other for everything in the game for me to use i dont know what to do im stuck i want to goto modded servers still error ilovebacons still error its with every server i aint on unstable please help me thanks !
