Bug/Issue Visual bug when fullscreen or windowed borderless

    Whenever the game is in fullscreen or windowed borderless, the bottom 1/4 of the screen will flash a static-y color pattern about once a second. It happens at irregular intervals, and tends to be different colors each time so I'm not sure exactly what it's trying to display. This does not happen while in the title screen, but once in game it happens 24/7 (on different planets, outposts, and in teleport screens). If the game is in windowed mode, I have zero issues. Apart from this visual bug, the game plays fine.
