    Hello everyone,

I bought Starbound today but when I try to start it I get with both the stable and unstable version:

"The procedure entry point SetThreadErrorMode could not be located in the dynamic link library Kernel32.dll"

right after clicking the Starbound.exe in the game folder. Steam link does nothing (No errors, game also doesn't start)

There is no error log created.

    I have Vista 32bit
    Latest Service Pack installed.
Installed redist.x86 from the gamefolder and from the Microsoft Website
Installed XNA Framework, Microsoft C++ Sdk
Tried the Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows, hasn't done anything.
Tried running as admin and with different compatibility settings
    The starbound_server.exe works.

My Kernel32.dll has an entry for "SetThreadErrorMode", but it doesn't seem to be the right one. (Opened via Notepad)

From searching the web it seems other software that produces this error supports only WIndows 7+, so is Vista still supported?

Any pointer what I could look for or how to solve this would be really appreciated.

So, as I got the Information on reddit that my OS is too outdated and I spend more time effortless trying to find a solution, I refunded the game. See you when I'm more up-to date :)
