Very small new speculation on Hylotls

I don't think Heinlein caught on in Poland in the first place. We had quite a limited access to all things western back in those times. And 30 years ago we had Martial Law instituted.

 

Holy crap, I did not know this, which of the elder scroll games do you find out about this? I can see it now "Honey, you need to finish eating grandpa." "But mom, he tastes all woodsy..."

 

There is a looooot of lore that can be missed if you ignore the in-game books.

Your telling me properly prepared fish of choice on a small parcel of rice with fresh soy bean paste and wrapped in freshly dried seaweed is not healthy? Heh

 

If its properly prepared and relatively fresh then sure its healthy. If not, no, it most certainly isn't healthy and just serves as an excellent vector for microbial sickness.

 

I personally think that a varied diet of seaweed, seafood, vegetables and humans would be perfect for any hylotl. If it's already there, why not utilize all the hapless lost remnants of humanity as a meal?

 

A "cannibal" is a creature/animal that eats members of it's own species. In other words: there isn't a single race in this game which is cannibalistic.

it is stated in the floran lore that they often engage in cannibalistic rituals during funerals/disposing of the honored dead. so there is atleast one cannibalistic race in starbound.
somewhat related to the bosmer eating their own: is it considered cannibalism if a dark elf eats a high elf? or if a human eats a elf/argonian/khajiit?

 

I actually missed that detail. And yes, I'm fully aware that my avatar is a Floran, but that doesn't make fact change (or what I thought was fact).

 

I recently graduated from UC Irvine, a college in California. Apparently, UCI had a lot of sushi for sale, and I spent most of my days sitting where your avatar is.

 

I take away two things away from this thread and peoples views on Sushi.

1. Avoid higher learning cafeteria in the US

2. Avoid Sushi in general in the US.

I live on that and other traditional foods when ever I am in Japan and the only illness I have had there is self inflicted hangovers and the common cold.

 

In Europe Sushi is safe to eat. My sister eats a lot of it and has no problems whatsoever

 

Well I meant I thought I was the only race to eat living humanoid creatures. Who else thinks avian kebabs are gonna be good.

I'd eat a Hylotl so I don't really see a problem with them wanting to eat me

Hylotls: Dump the condiments. If we are to be eaten, we don't need to taste good.
