Yes, but eating raw fish is also a good way of spreading disease, though Japanese people and college students seemed to eat them by the bushels.

And yes, I had massive diarrhea attacks whilst in college, from eating all those campus sushi.

 

Depends on where you're eating it. If you live somewhere a few hundred kilometres away from the nearest beach, I'd advise against Sushi.

 

Never. Sushi. Again. I ate them at UCIrvine, which is somewhat close to the coast, but I suppose the staff led it sit in room temperature, for days maybe. I had Bloody stools, which is a sign of enterohemmoragic bacteria. It went away after I stopped eating sushi, and properly cooked my meat. I sure learned my lesson until I go to pharmacy school.

Yeah I don't eat sushi. People are like 'Oh but its so HEALTHY.', I'm studying the biochemistry of energy and metabolism and I know they're talking out of their ass, plus the risk of sickness is really high because people take liberties with the fish.

 

I use to eat raw hamburger when I was younger all the time but after the whole simanila and mad cow disease scare I stopped lol I still eat steak practically raw still though just cook it on both sides for about 5 seconds and it's good

 

Steaks only needs to be cooked on the outside, since enterohemmoragic E. Coli cannot penetrate into the deep layers due to lack of oxygen, but NEVER eat ground meat without fully cooking it; the bacteria had been thoroughly mixed into the meat, and they'll be alive if the meat is fresh, which they relatively are.

 

yeah that's why I still eat steak the way I do and why I stopped eating hamburger raw though I've never gotten sick and I find it delicious I still don't feel it's worth the risk

Raw fish unhealthy, Naaaa.....100.000 seagulls can be wrong.

 

Don't quote me on this because I'm not sure, but I think a lot of the stuff in that current system is filler just added for the purpose of making sure the system works. Copy pasted and easily replaceable later. I'm not sure the Hylotl are into eating humans. Sounds more Floran.
