Valor's Might Origin ​

Short History ​

* The Valor's Might was created by ancient inhabitants of a small planet. The helmet was a sign of status, passed down from leader to leader. A great General named Arkineous, defended his small planet from multiple invasions with great success. He was eventually crowed the Ruler and Protector of the planet and was given the Valor's Might during his reign.

Feel free to change the color of the helmet or adjust anything with it. This is my first attempt at trying pixel art. hope ya like it!

Multiple Colors​

I'm not sure if there is going to me a dye mechanic in the game but i thought it would be fun to have some options on color! more to come soon​

Eh I can up up with more, pixel art is not my thing you made the amazing, if it gets in I'll be happy the only down is I wouldn't win, good lucky!

So my wife said that starbound needed a pink version of the Valor's Might.
so the pink one is for her and all the other lady starbounders out there. lol

The helmet's really nice looking, and the lore pretty good. I'd suggest just finishing the story of the general, though. If you make a long, drawn-out thing, it'll be pretty boring... unless, of course, if you're some master writer.

Really good pixelart, especially for your first time and I agree with Seria-Myouna, first time I saw it I started thinking of the valkyrie helmet from RO.

 

The shading's what catches my eye...

 

I gotta say, though, it look very similar to Terraria's Adamant Helmet. Maybe that's why I like it, lol.

 

yeah, i wanted it to really look good so i spent alot of time on it. Overall im really happy with how it turned out!
but i guess is does look like a Valkyrie type helmet, so maybe not super original but im still really happy with it.
next contest ill have to put on my thinking cap for some originality. lol
