giraffe_storage/starbound.config is present, so I'm not clear why this isn't working. The same server hardware and configuration worked flawlessly before the update.

Please publish change-logs for revisions like this so we can provide more useful bug reports.

Ok, I've diagnosed this. The configuration file was corrupted. I deleted the config file and launched the game again to generate a fresh one, and it worked fine.
