It's stated clearly in the rules that he makes the rules. It's probably best not to question it., that's all I'm saying.
GM's get stressed the hell out, so sometimes hard to keep track of everything going on. No need to get fussy, just let him know.

I don't know what rules you seem to be mentioning, or what fuss I caused, but I was just making a Star Wars reference. I realize he has a lot to keep track of, but I really enjoy Star Wars quotes and figured using one in a budding manner wouldn't be frowned upon.
