Unused Cinematics?

    In my starbound folder, in assets/cinematics, there are pictures for each race basically explaining what happens in the beginning of the game. I don't see these when I make a new character, are they just not implemented in the game right now?

    I don't think they are implemented quite yet. I think its tied to the content that will come out eventually for the races and story.
