I feel like we're going to get a "zombie" attack event. The Aragarans and a group of Florans must be working together collecting different species to take over the world universe. Maybe that apex coming out of the floran pod is one of these "zombies". Perhaps my thinking is just a stretch.
I really hope the thing in the newsletter is their explanation for a complete and unacceptable lack of OCEAN BIOMES!!!!!11!!1! seriously though, can we get some hylotl anything going?
As has been mentioned, the mushroom guys get a lot of hype recently. And hells I like that. A strong and well-fleshed out antagonistic race would fit nicely into the game. I'd guess we stumble into them during an early quest and then they just keep on crossing our paths. And the final boss will be a planet sized mushroom. To beat it, you need to dress up as a plumber. Seriously, just picture this. Floran lass in Mario's clothes, wielding a bass guitar, performing a kick-ass bass solo on the smouldering remains of space Toad. Also ground mist sound downright awesome!
I like your new avatar, Molly. Not sure when you changed it. I'm taking a break from the game. I have more than 120 hours played so far, but I'm going to try (TRY) and wait for a few updates to go by before I come back. You guys are awesome.

I've seen a lot of posts like this and I just want to throw a comment out there. Keep in mind this game is in VERY EARLY BETA; first stage of it as a fact. Right now they need to get the items all designed out and everything working before they can really throw any heavy content at us. Think of it a restaurant making say a sandwich. Right now they're only getting the ingredients together to make said sandwich; a bit of flour to bake the bread and sure the lunch meats might be ready to go but they still need to go pick the tomato's and slice them. In the end when you finally get to bite into the completed sandwich with all the meats, cheeses and condiments your heart desires slathered here and there on the tastiest of bread... you're going to say it was worth the process of waiting for the sandwich! The best thing about it is that you got to watch the entire process of them making the sandwich right in front of your eyes! It'll be slow at times and there may be some time to think of exactly what the end ingredients will be, but from what we can already smell from the kitchen; this is going to be one of the best sandwiches ever!
