Bug/Issue Unstable - Manhole Cover Bug

I put the scorched city's manhole cover in my ship as a hatch, had no problems with it until today when there was a small hotfix for unstable. I then noticed that after the patch the manhole cover shifted down about half a block so I removed it and tried to replace it back to its original position. Once I did that it bugged out. There is currently nothing in the space where it was originally placed, and there's now an invisible barrier of sorts in its stead that I cannot break, remove, or interact with in any way. NPCs also seem to get lodged in it from time to time.
