Hate may have been a strong word. But if you go through this thread you can see the semi-hate. So, yeah.

 

Now that's just stupid, I am going back to the unofficial forum to investigate this 'semi-hate'

I do appreciate your bringing a possible issue to my attention though.

 

cool designs! should of entered it in the monster monster contest though probably would of got more recognition. but well done to those who design them.

Yeah...waiting for that and ribbons (and a few other role related things) to be finalized before doing a full update of the OP.

Good stuff though with that change this week...that and the censor removal.

If I have time later, I'll make a mini update.

I still dont quite understand why there are two starbound forums
Im extremely sleepy right now...so My judgement and logic skills are currently non-existent......Just posting a sleepy thought...

 

this sounds like a great idea , although imo it would be best to have just one community :/

 

Some people just don't feel comfortable in the Official, so they hang out in the Unofficial. It's nothing bad, really. It may be smaller, but those have its own advantages.

 

As with past questions, welsh gave a great reasoning on page one of this thread.

Regardless, it gives different people with different tastes a community that fits them best...still focused on SB. SBF and OSB have very different cultures...in some ways.

Do what I do - frequent both. Or don't. It's all up to you!

Do you mean over here? Why would you? In terms of alerts over there...it's admittedly smaller and less active outside of setting up forum structure and some off topic stuff. There is very much a "lull before the launch" feel.

In regards to this thread and the sister one over there, I update the OP when big things occur...or chains of small things.
