It's a pretty decently equipped and well maintained hospital room. You're hooked up to an IV and monitors. You are dressed in a hospital gown...

There seem to be reports of a military and police raid on a weapons lab in the city of Slaiq...

 

'Alright, Allestar is my pilot. We can take one more, preferably another pilot to fly a ship back from the port.' He turns to the hacker again. 'You just keep bringing down those ships, protect the other scientists until we can get back. Do you think you can use some of the drones to bring out weapons or armor from the lab?' He steps out of the cloaking armor, it wouldn't be necessary and just take up space.

 

"Sorry I have a tendency to be over-ambitious sometimes. How far away are we?"

 

"I guess your right." Silverclaw keeps walking with the group, behind everyone else.

he salutes as one of the guards steps forward. "I can pilot the ship. I've flown a lot and tested a lot of their simulators for accuracy..."

The sound of boots marching closer brings you, Dewleaf, and Iactus' attention to the end of the hall. The floran readies the brander as Iactus arms his gun and takes aim. "We've got company..."

 

She remains oblivious to the action around her, wrapped fully in the warmth of the embrace. Her tears running down your back...

Silverclaw tightens his steel talons and moves towards the source of the noise. "Finish them as fast as possible." He murmurs to the others.

 

'Let's me check.' He checks how far away they are.

'Alright, come with us then. Allestar, take off and head for the starport.' Once they are inside and the hatch is closed, he turns to the guard. 'What kind of weapons are on these things?'

A gunshot jostled you both from your stupor. She immediately draws the revolver.
"Stay behind me!"

 

The fighting begins as both sides begin attacking... Dewleaf with his fluid wind-like movements, and Iactus with the assault carbine.

Dewleaf seems to be taking care of the left hallway, but you spot more soldiers coming from the right.

 

You soon arrive at the island. But you're detecting odd signals coming from the rock quarry. You won't be able to land there anyway.

 

He checks.
"By the looks of it, 12mm chain gun and a dumb fire 20mm auto cannon... Not much to work with, but it'll do..."
He begins his preflight checks, before starting up the hovership. It slowly rises into the air.
Suddenly, the radio crackles.
"Epsilon, identify and report..."
The pilot grunts and turns on the weapons...
