Undertale is emotionally manipulative above every other aspect it has to make it seem better than it really is. Discuss.
I heard about Undertale much later than everyone else. I avoided anything related to it. And I ended up killing Toriel (Riperoni, Failfish, Facedesk) I learned the hard way how killing works. And I felt morally awkward with all other monsters in the run. I wanted to to restart, But I thought of it as a "learning lesson". It took me like 8 hours the first time. I took it at an extremely slow pace to see if I could find any secrets, and I did find quite a few... (Derailing 101) But that's obviously not important. I'm seriously wondering how people are going to rip-off Undertale, or use the same ideas. Whoever has the audacity will find that's it's not that hard to program, and it's not like Toby has a (c) on the BulletHell-DatingSim-RPG-Horror-adventure-explorer thing. I'm watching you China. And lastly... I feel like the Undertale community is... A healthier (notice -ier) mix of Five Night's at Freddy's Playthroughs, Minecraft's Herobrine (yes that fake sh*t), some nerds who take the game into some life view ("What if Chara wasn't Chara but instead was frisk, but frisk was Chara but only when on Pacifist...), and a touch of Furries and anthros. (Not like I'm one to say cough* cough* Ren Fox Star Fox) Yolo.

I'd say do what I did, and completely block off as many spoiler sources as you can until you're finished. I went in with some basic spoilers, but was still thrown plenty of curve-balls.

Currently lying around and... dunno... experiencing the awesomeness of all... i guess... whatever *gazes at the universe* edit: Greater dog threw me right off the chair! Reminded me of earthworm jim. All in all a great experience so far. Think i'm progressing very slow but i don't feel forced to rush. That's nice.
Lol thats a good comparison actually, I often forget Jim is just a worm magically controlling a super hero suit xD And dont rush c: maybe you ll find some secrets!
Not finished but some impression i mentioned earlier... found that one. Spent about half an hour that way, ate breakfast and watched what was happening. Worth it!
