Character General Info: 24 years old. An overly excitable guy, Creed is usually charming and charismatic, and has a lust for the finer things in life. Adventures, loot, company.. The finer things! Barely ever serious, always joking even when not appropriate. He has a skewed sense of justice. Thieves and swindlers are fine with him, but murderers and kidnappers not so much.

Character Description: A handsome face and bright orange hair. Athletic build. Not a ton of muscle to speak of, but he is lean and quick. ((See avatar for a reference.))

Character Biography: Creed had a pretty average upbringing. He went to school, did his chores, worked part time at the fruit stand, blah blah blah. But, he always had a need for adventure. He turned into the sort of rebel most would pass off as a teenager phase that most humans seem to go through. Problem is, he only barely grew out of it.

As soon as he was able, he left his home for the wide reaches of space. The very definition of a nomad, he may choose a city to make his home port, but it would be hard to get him to truly settle down anywhere. Still, with a friendly demeanor, he always hopes to be accepted wherever he may roam. Of course that's not how things work, but a naive mind that takes next to nothing seriously will need to be taught that, rather than understand it immediately.

CMVIII comes from a proud family who is a definitive household name among Apexians of all walks of life. The Albert's have been involved in the research and pursuit of space travel for as long as anyone in the Miniknog can recall or find records for. These days, the Albert family enjoys a comfortable life among the space-fairing Apex elite.

Physiological Analysis:
The Vestigio-Evo process has had a fairly severe effect on the Albert's - a genetic link or previous experiments on the lineage are suspected. Whatever the cause, CMVIII is truly simian in appearance. He has piercing and inquisitive light brown eyes. Black fur covers his very small frame, except for a bit of white around his usually grimacing muzzle. CMVIII typically wears his flight-suit when more protective effects are unnecessary.

Reviewer's Notes:
Albert CMVIII has had a very successful scientific career in a position at the Miniknog inherited due to the presige (and donations) of his family. In truth, however, CMVIII is a complete idiot. While he is considered a savant in some areas related to robotics, most Apex find his inane ramblings completely repellent. His scattered nature and initially promising test results cause his previous medical reviewers to suspect this to be cause by radiation damage suffered in the course of his under graduate work.

Recently, his particular verbal quirks have just caused all of his fellow crew mates to jettison their life-pods from the research vessel. And so, our dear friend Albert finds himself all alone on his newly acquired and very empty government spaceship. Wonder why the fuel light has blinking all of a sudden?

 

Character Name: Professor Maximilian Cucuy
Character Race: Orangutan
Character General Info: Middle age (for an Orangutan), Highly intelligent and would choose to use his words instead of fighting (but is not above flinging his own poo).
Character Description: Beer belly, Orange Hair, Orange complexion
Character Biography: Bored with the stupidity of his own race, he seeks new lifeforms on distant planets. He distrusts everybody he meets and finds everyone to be of lesser intelligence and therefore inferior. He does however believe that all lifeforms are entitled to respect but demands that everyone be held accountable for their actions. He prefers to be left alone with his thoughts and a good book but will seek out companionship from time to time. If you come across him, it is alright to strike up a conversation but do no engage in argument. If you lose, you will be left ashamed and frustrated; if you win, expect to be covered in poo ("Good sportsmanship" is not in his nature).

Character General Info: Those around him often see with a smirk on his face, or don't see him at all. People who have dealt with him either know him as being very dependable, but also very dangerous. He has an entrepreneurial spirit about him that he carries with him from the world he is from, as well as a cold-blooded nature that he has developed from the past that got him here. Though he avoids most conflicts and picks his battles based on odds and necessity, when the necessity arises he is often more than up to the task.

Character Description: A proudly standing man in his mid to late 20s. Likes to dress stylishly, and may appear a bit snooty to some. Always seems to have his hair exactly the way he wants it.

Character Biography: Originally from a heavily populated and polluted interracial planet driven by large mega-corporations, Ryosuke was born and raised with a silver spoon in his mouth. He knew little of his mother, and his father was a world famous inventor who was central to the power of the mega-corporation he was with. Over the years, this power had consumed Ryosuke's father; and having lost him to his obsession, Ryosuke left him and his home. Seeking for a place of his own, he wandered around his home planet playing the role as pirate, thief, mercenary, killer, and lover... along the way making a few enemies and more than a few friends, but losing some dear to him as well. Through a series of unfortunate events, however, he had decided that there was nothing left for him in not only his homeland, but his home world. He returned back to his father's laboratories, procured a spaceship his father had created, and left the planet seeking a new land to call his home.

Character Race: Human
Character General Info: A 21 year old male. He tends to shy away from large groups, enjoying solitude or the company of a few. Sometimes appearing cold and aloof, this is a defense and hides his open nature. He's pragmatic and while not being entirely hostile, he tends to wait for others to prove themselves before striking any sort of relationship with them.
Character Description: He stands ready with the eagerness of youth. His hair remained the strange shade of purple he'd been born with, and dressing in dark colours, he attempts to portrait a solemn personality he doesn't always truly feel.
Character Biography: Brought up amongst rough-edged space-farers he took to a life survived by his wit and his word more often than his wallet. Never one to seek more than his share of good food and good drink, he came to desire something more after the sudden deaths of his mother and sister at the hands of a "Galactic Security Force." Shunning his former friends and crew, he took to the stars alone to forge a new life in the pursuit of knowledge, power, and revenge.

Skin
Faori has redwood tinted skin, which transitions to a root-coloured brown at his jaw. Leaves grow all over his torso and lower body in an olive green colour.

Hair
Faori's hair grows wildly upon his head in the form of sharply defined leaves with the texture of silk, or something else of similar softness. Twigs under the leaves connect them all to the back of Faori's head, and lifts them in the air, giving the illusion of having hair that defies gravity.

Height
About six foot even.

Weight
Faori weighs much less than any human, only being about 81 Lbs. This highly increases his agility, and doesn't
seem to have an effect on his over-all strength.

Facial Description
The look of this Floran could be considered blood thirsty. His features are sharp, with two low set, dusky eyes that always seem to be calculating everything they spot. His warm, root coloured skin is splattered all over with blood, aligned into markings. Its speculated that every hunt, when Faori succeeds, he smears the blood of his prey upon his face, body, or armour, into a new symbol, which he usually makes up on the spot. His mouth overlaps his jaw, portraying the usual "fangs" that most Floran possess. His jaw is lined with row after row of razor sharp teeth, which helps with his strictly carnivorous diet, (Faori will only partake in the consumption of vegetation if it is another Floran. Yes. That would indeed suggest Faori has resorted to cannibalism before, and most likely would again.)

Body Description
For a Floran, Faori is rather tall, standing a little bit above six foot. His fibrous skin is hard, almost like wood, but still carries the smoothness of a softer plant. All over his body are nicks and scars from his hunts. He is broad, with a defined spinal arch. He tends to stand upright, and even lean back a bit. Faori portrays the common agility and flexibility of a Floran, but the erect posture of a human. His toes and fingers are sharp, resembling natural talons. over the course of his brutal upbringing on his home planet, and his constant hunting of dangerous prey, physical conditioning has become a massive concern to Faori. His body is very well defined.

Personal Profile

Personality
Faori is brash, bragging, and brief. Faori sees people as targets that he can use, not actual living, sentient creatures with lives and dreams the same as him. A conversation between Faori and a possible interest could end within a few words, if he gets what he wants in that time frame. Brash is to suggest that Faori doesn't know his limits, simply because he's never been taught the idea of 'boundaries.' Such impertinence could go as far as pestering a glitch about their morals, or going into a heavily detailed discussion with an Avian about a time he cooked and ate a stranded Avian on his home planet.
Faori tends to have a soft spot for the Hylotl, in that he respects them, but often criticizes their patience and inability to strike at what they truly want.

Speech
Faori's voice is hoarse and crackling. He's grown out of the common Floran 'hiss' to the point where his S's are stressed as if with a common lisp. He actually speaks with clear sentences and mostly correct grammar.

Traits
Having left his home-world alone in search of what he calls the Great Hunt, Faori has never valued companionship. Where others find that friends are their backbone and strength, Faori finds that companions and friends slow him down. He's become extremely self-sufficient over the years. This has also made him a bit socially awkward. Conversationally, Faori borders on sociopathic. He's never fit in with his own kind, and doesn't experience interaction with other races enough to really identify, so he tends to seclude himself, finding comfort in solitude and the open wilds of space.
Faori is also a technological genius, even as a young sprout when he began to build his ship, The Spearseed, from the remains of an Apex military vessel, Faori has possessed great knowledge and intuition into mechanics. He modified his ship completely himself to be a mobile weapon, and a home. His armour is also a marvel of technology, or at least, he'll tell you that until his last breath, armed to the tooth with poison dart launchers, rapid rappel darts that eject from a wrist compartment, and medifabric, designed to heal his fibre of any wounds over time when subject to sunlight.
Faori is greatly proficient with many weapons, including sniper rifles, swords, shields, axes, hammers and throwing weapons. However, perhaps his most familiar and favourite weapons would have to be the bow and arrow, and spears. When Faori hunts a new target, he beams down to the surface of the planet with only his armour equipped, and his trusty compound bow. He builds all of his weapons during the hunt from scratch, usually starting with a handful of spears, which he's known to wield at once.
Its fair to say that combat is Faori's strong suit, and not socializing. As a creature that lives for fighting, hunting and killing, Faori has perfected the art.

Story
As a Sapling, Jagged-Seed's story was rather dull. He lived out the normal life of a tribal Floran, brawling, hunting, and bringing honour to his clan. He'd taken part in clan wars, and battles for dominance among his planet. But it never suited him. He never felt like he had a purpose. He never felt like his life were enough of an adventure. So, one day, Jagged-Seed set out in a ship that he'd been reverse-engineering from salvaged materials. He'd always had a certain love for technology and mechanics, seeing it as the greatest beast any being will ever attempt to tame. Once in space, Jagged-Seed took to the stars, first stopping on a planet mostly consisting of oceans. It was there he met the Hylotl. The Hylotl offered to accept Jagged-Seed into their community to show him their peace-loving ways. Reluctant as the stubborn Floran was, he eventually accepted the offer, seeing as he'd not had much else to do.
So he spent his time in the Hylotl village, learning tranquility, and patience. He also learned their methods of hunting. There was a local legend of a great sea-serpent called Faori, which the Hylotl both feared and revered as a great and majestic creature of immense power. This highly intrigued Jagged-Seed, who'd yet found a worthy hunt for his newly acquired abilities. So he set out to find more information of the great serpent Faori, though the leader of the Hylotl community protested the act. Jagged-Seed eventually charted the routes and travel patterns of Faori, and took to her trail.
Jagged-Seed eventually found the beast in a great crag and, after a long and painful battle, was able to slay the beast by unknown methods. Jagged-Seed retreated to the Hylotl village with the head of the serpent, but passed out from his wounds shortly after he'd arrived. When nursed back to health, the Hylotl leader banished Jagged-Seed from their village, due to his inability to escape his blood thirsty nature. The leader demanded the head of Faori as payment for his actions, and Faori accepted with great anger. Before handing the head over, he'd stuck his fist deep into the beast's flesh, smearing its blood upon his face as final justice. He promised the Hylotl leader that he would return to their village for his prize when he was strong enough to claim it, and he'd changed his name to a more fitting title, a name of immense power, Faori.
So Faori set off once more, travelling the stars and hunting whatever beast he'd deemed worthy of the hunt. He started taking bounty contracts if he found them to be entertaining enough. The Hylotl patience instilled into him kept his fury at bay, but it remained ever present, and slowly regressing back into him. A great amount of time had passed, and Faori's endless hunt went on... But in his absent-minded pursuit, he'd forgot to fuel his ship, the Spearseed... Whatever planet he'd land on would have to suffice until he could acquire fuel for his ship...

Character General Info: Age:73 He's stubborn and sticks to his opinions even if he isn't sure they're right. He's a scientist smarter than most but not the best. He loves to mess with things and see the outcome even if he has no idea what he's doing. He's thin and 6'2.
Character Description: This is what he looks like just take off the mustache
Character Biography: Bob Snietinheim was born in Germany when he was five Bob began his harsh training his parents expected much of him. Bob studied for 12 hours a day making so he had barely any time to make friends. at the age of 12 he built his first robot. He went to college at the age of 15. He got a major in engineering, robotics and physics. This is where he pursued his dream of becoming a Robticist for the army. he continued this job until his mother died at 84 (he was 56) through his grieving he made a mistake and ruined hundreds of robots. He got demoted to a assistant until he got back into the game. he got promoted as soon as his father died at 87 ( Bob was 60) Bob then continued his job for 12 years. Bob was retiring that year at the age of 72 years but disaster struck right before his birthday a rapidly growing beast attacked earth. Bob had a spaceship he used to visit other planets on his vacations. He managed to escape before the monster consumed his entire home planet. Now he roams the galaxy looking for a home.

 

Character Name: Wedge Dalmasca
Character Race: Apex
Character General Info: Mid twenties, with a tendency to keep to himself. Usually found with his face hidden under his hood, avoiding eye contact with those he meets.
Character Description: Average height and build, with dense dark brown fur covering his body. Slight bend to his posture, as is common among his race.
Character Biography: Taken by the MiniKnog at a young age, he has always resented the VEP forced upon him, grateful he survived the process and did not become that which many of his people did. The VEP, however, would greatly help his escape from the MiniKnog facility, as his enhanced intelligence helped him find a way out of his cramped research cell and into an ungaurded MiniKnog ship. During the lift off process, the MiniKnog came after him with great fervour, not wanting any of their successful experiments to be loose, prime to join the growing rebellion against them. Shot down and stranded on a strange planet, Wedge searches for ores and minerals to help fix his ship, and search for the rebellion he yearns to join. The conditions of his escape have led him to be suspicious of those he meets wandering the planet, keeping his face hidden until he feels he can truly trust someone with the knowledge of his race.

Character Biography: HK9000 was once an automated combat droid made for defeating the enemies of the Glitch race. During the defence of a system he took an EMP blast his connection to the hive mind was severed and the enemy attempted to reprogram him. During this process they were attacked and forced to flee leaving the Glitch to his doom. Once he awoke and rebooted himself he became self aware and set out on his objective of creating his own empire/army that will stand the test of time.

Character General Info: Alexander is a shy but friendly person. He is nervous when meeting new people, but once he comes out of his shell is a bit of a chatterbox. At 22 years of age he is still trying to find himself in this infinite universe.
Character Description: Alexander is 22, He has short, messy black hair. Blue eyes and stands at about 5'8. He has an average build with a bit of "baby fat" on him.
Character Biography: Leading a sheltered life, and being home schooled on Earth Alexander never really built up his social skills. He always dreamed of traveling the stars, So when the Tentacle monster attacked Earth Alexander managed to stow away on a U.S.C.M ship and escape. Though shortly after his escape Alexander was discovered and quickly held under arrest. The ship now bound for a prison in the Alpha sector found it self under attack from a Floran ship. Hidden in the ships holding cells Alexander managed to avoid being massacred with the rest of the crew. The ship now floats above an unknown planet, with its fuel drained and its crew dead. With the ships emergency power focusing on life support and the teleporter, the electronic locks release allowing Alexander free. After searching the ship for supplies (Finding a Matter manipulator and a flash light) Alexander gets ready the brave the new planet in search for food and fuel.

 

Character Name: Goswin Drest
Character Race: Glitch
Character General Info: Male, 20s, Curious, Adventurous.
Character Description: Dark platings, thrown back head plating, blue village attire, white optic receptors.
Character Biography: Goswin as a little Glitch lived in a small village to the west of the great imperial city where the emperor of all kings resided. Since a young age Goswin was trained by is father do endure the harshness that it's life. In the first years of is life he was trained in hand-to-hand combat aswell as blades and usage of shield. His mother was always there to take care of him after a hard day of training. As a hobby he used to go exploring the forests that were near the village hoping that the tomorrow would be even more exciting than the today. He was curious about everything around him, but he couldn't explain why, he didn't understand why was he the only one, of his friends, to think that way. Some years passed and he joined the glitch army in the imperial city, thanks to his tough training and hard-work he became one of the most condecorated fighters. He was assigned a mission on a colony 50 au away from the empire. When he got there he just saw panic and death the assigned teams started helping the people without even caring about their surrondings which made Goswin panic and ask himself "why? what is happening?", no compassion for the allies and no mercy for the enemies, this is what the glitch are and have been for all their life, but for Goswin it isn't like that all his life he has been different from the other having is own dreams and acting not like an object but as a person, his head started to "boil" he was a sad but happy, he was crying but laughing he got to his knees because is head was starting to hurt too much he need to get away from that hell and so using all the strengh he had left he made his way to the nearest ship, he crawled to the console command and gave the order to warp before fainting on the cold floor of the ship. The warping took him to an unknown location. the ship gravitates in the orbit of the planet waiting for Goswin to wake up.

 

Character Name: Spike Icepecker

Character Race: Avian

Character General Info: Spike is a 27 years old Avian, he's a brave warrior with an addiction to blades and swords, he uses firearms very rarly. Spike is a tall and tough guy but sometimes when he is alone in his dark and cold ship, he gets sentimental because of his painful past.

Character Description: His feathers are blue, like the color of the ice on his home planet. He wears casual clothes with some tribal ornaments on it. His head is formed like the high and icy mountains he remembers from his past. The dark black eyes display the contempt against the space pirates.



Character Biography: It was a cold and snowy night on the ice planet Alpha-Tri-VII-3, when a little Avian was born. Sarah, his mother gave him the name Spike. Spike Icepecker grew up normally. 6 years later he tried to glide he first time. It took a while till he got it but then he was able to glide down the highest mountains on Alpha-Tri-VII-3. A few years later on a clear and cloudy day he heard a loud and hollow sound followed by some scary voices, screaming: "Arrrrrr, Aaahahahaha.". The whole tribe assembled at the fountain on the market square. There was the biggest space ship in the air a few miles in northern direction they have ever seen. It was not a normal one, it had cannons on each side. The crowd began to run in all directions and tried to equip them. They knew that this was an invasion by space pirates. Seconds later a cannon round crashed into the market square. Through the smoke, the crash caused, a variety of high-equipped pirates ran onto the square. They began to massacre all the Avians. It was a bloody fight, which the Avians could never win. Sarah tried to hide her Spike in some tunnels behind the village. She said to him: "Be careful out there...". He ran and ran through the dark tunnel, and there was light! But there was a man on the other side, Jack Ruther was his name, the captain of the space pirates. Spike was caught and brought onto the ship. Later on he found himself with two other Avians in a smelly cabin. The next 8 years were horrifying for him. His daily routine was to clean the wooden planks and mine some coal when they landed on a new planet. The food they got was old and dry. Spike got mad and stole a little bit of steel from an coal mine on Beta-Rust-5-I. With a stone he tried to sharpen this fragment of metal. He waited until the night and he stabbed the guard to death. With his keys Spike was able to escape from the cabin. He freed the other two. Together they ran upstairs and tried to escape but Jack Whisk recognized it and shot a few times in their direction. Spike ran and ran, never looked back, climbed down the chain and he was alone. The two others were shot by the captain. A long journey half around the planet later he built up a house. He discovered the whole planet and found a space ship with an tiny Apex on it. They talked to each other for a while and Spike told the Apex his story. The Apex was old, really old. Together they traveled around the universe. One day the old Apex died and bequeathed Spike his ship. Now he is alone on his way through the universe and maybe one day he will find Jack and he promised himself to kill him.

 

You really need to sort out a better way of distributing new passwords to people...
I've been sending pm's here on the forums and on steam as the steam group suggested, 40 hours later still no reply with the new PW.
Considering the PW changes almost every three days, it's quite annoying to say the least.
