Character Name: Rikiyu Elicoor

Character General Info: 23 years of age. Very Quiet, but speaks up when necessary. Loves to help others, even at the cost of himself. Goes out of the way to avoid conflict. He has a general hatred toward all things floran, but he tries to keep it at bay most times. He is a perfectionist that struggles with insomnia, staying active and striving to improve. Very intuitive and occasionally adventurous.

Character Description: Very thin build, due to being raised on fruit. Fairly tall, and generally reserved. Doesn't like to wear a shirt, as it seems to dry his skin out.

Character Biography: Rikiyu grew up in a shack on the border of a somewhat large hylotl village that was a hot-spot for trade. From crops, to weapons, to clothing, this village had everything a pixel could buy. Rikiyu's father was a great military commander, and his mother, an occasional farmer. Rikiyu hardly never really knew his father, due to the incident occuring when Rikiyu was young. All that Rikiyu knew was that it involved the village across the forest, and it had something to do with florans. He found it pretty self explanatory. Rikiyu adopted the art of farming after his mother had aged, and did it quiet well. He was never quite satisfied, and always longed for something new. Something he could study. He always found an interest in odd things, things his village didn't have much of, like religion and music. He was never allowed to leave the village he grew up in, until the recent incident. One day, while reaping coralcreep, Rikiyu had the strangest feeling. As he looked out in the direction of the forest, he saw what appeared to be a light. As time went on the light multiplied, all across the treeline. Rikiyu had one thought, and one thought only. Florans. He through his house searching for his mother, but all he found was a note explaining her trip to the market. Rikiyu had no choice but to run. His first instinct was the well-guarded research facility. As Rikiyu looked back on all he had ever known, he saw the one thing he could never unsee. The horror of his entire village being burned in a matter of minutes. This only made Rikiyu run faster, and wonder if anyone he knew made it out alive. As he arrived at the facility, to his amazement, it was abandoned. Rikiyu searched up and down for any signs of life, but there was nothing. As he searched, he noticed what appeared to be a ship. Rikiyu quickly pondered the cost of stealing the ship, and potentially never seeing his homeworld again. His rare adventurous side kicked in, as as Rikiyu darted to the cockpit, he realized this was a great opportunity for him to discover new things, as there was nothing for him in a burnt village of ash. Rikiyu was overwhelmed with excitement, and immediately typed in the coordinates of the Avian temple he had read so much about. Maybe he would find a viable religion there! As he exited orbit, he wondered if he would ever see his mother again, and decided to dedicate some of his time to seeking her out. As loneliness and boredom set in, he quickly gave up hope on this search, realizing the alpha sector was far too expansive. A few hours later, Rikiyu realized he forgot something very vital to his expedition. Fuel.

Character General Info: Verkir is a 20 year old male human . He has no real skills in particular but is learning things as he goes.
Character Description: He is a medium height, slight build, with dark hair and dark eyes. He wears functional clothing.
Character Biography: Verkir left home in search of an adventure. With no experience and no real knowledge of how to survive he got on cheap ship he bought and left without fueling it up. He now is left stranded above a planet.

Character Name: Simian Strangeblood

Character Race: Apex

Character General Info: A relatively young Apex in the grand scheme of things, but his eyes tell of a much older soul, adventures had, and danger fought throughout the galaxy.

Character Description: Slightly above average height, with a thick mane of Black Hair, and slightly blue skin, looks like he can handle himself in a fight without being too menacing or intimidating.

Character Biography: Hailing from the planet of Tachyon Alpha 6, Simian was born with no name in the Apex slave mines, as every Apex on Tachyon Alpha 6 is doomed to be born under, live, and die, all beneath the heel of Tachyon's ruling force, the Orion Drilling Company. He spent the first 20 years of his life in deep resentment of the Human scientists, and all other visiting races to the mine, seared with indignation that he was born just to die. One day in the mines a human professor from the surface whose only name given, that of Dr. StrangeBlood, a man who defied his own personal overlords of contention and passivity to help the ailing Apex of the mines, this man inspired Simian to sneak to the surface at night, and find literature to improve his own mental capacity, and in doing so filled his brain of tales of knights and dragons, and allowing him to pick a name, of that which he so resembles, "Simian". One day as his brother's life was ripped from it's body by the brutal weapons of the guards, Simian could take it no longer. Grabbing up a pickaxe he killed that guard with all the ferocity of a caged animal, picking up his sword and liberating the entire mining camp he lived in, as everyone else revolted along with him. Among the broken bodies after the revolt, the other Apex looked to Simian for hope and guidance. Prepared to lead his people to freedom as he walked he came across the corpse of Dr. Strangeblood, lying face down, unarmed, clearly attacked in the back.

Overwhelmed with despair at the inspiration for this revolts death, and hearing the called for human genocide of his captors, he stood at the gate, and told his people of his opinion of this man, and that no apex or man, or any species is born evil, and that the world is not black and white and any species has good in it. Fight evil, not everyone. And with that he left his people to strive alone throughout the galaxy, hoping to leave no race in slavery, and no man/woman in trouble.

Character Name: Dennan Tynt

Character Race: Human

Characer General Info: Age - 25, physics Student (from Germany you can tell from his english), just finished university, fascinated with firearms, he loves to explore undiscovered planets, he's smart but he tends to overestimate himself, what did cause some problems in the past.

Character description: He pretty tall, about 1.95m (6.4 feet), most of the time he wears his black jacket and one of his jeans. He has blond hair and green eyes.

Character Biography: Right after Dennan finished university, he wanted to leave the planet, he was tired of studying and and he doesnt want to work yet, he was sure he could leave the planet and explore the whole universe by himself. He was very confident to find some unexplored planets. The biggest problem he had, was "pixels", he doesnt have enough, he couldn't ask his parents or anyone else. How should he get the pixels for this, working as a physicist would take much too long, winning in the lottery was not very likely. And at this moment he meet Rick, a cold-hearted and merciless smuggler, he promised Dennan easy earned money. At first Dennan didnt want to work Rick, but he had no other option. His first order was to find the Avian Airship in the "Alphasector" and bring them the ordered guns. The night before he arrived at the airship, all the weapons were stolen while he slept, he know he couldn't go back to Rick, without the money, the weapons or at least a hint who stole them. He needs something or Rick will do terrible things to him, or worse. Dennan had no idea what he could do, so he decided to go to the Avian Airship and tell them the truth. He expected the worst as he entered the Airship, normaly Avians are not very happy if they dont get their stuff in time. But everything turned out differently than expected, the Avians had their guns, Dennan could not belive his eyes, who sold them the weapons? He went to the captain and asked where they got the weapons from because he was the reall courier, he told him a Apex sold them, he thought it was the delivery they were expecting. He didint asked any questions like it was settled. The captian said the Apex needed one of their spaceships to get to another planet. They were able to locate the spaceshit at the other end of the Alphasector. Dennan went to his ship and warped to him, still at the same day. As he stepped on the planet he saw a huge Apex building. He was about to walk into it, till he saw an Apex and Rick talking inside the building. He didnt know what to think, so he entered the room. As Rick saw Dennan he was shocked, Dennan didnt know why and asked what is wrong. Rick asked the Apex why Dennan ist still here he thought the Apex solved the problem. The Apex said he placed a bomb in Dennans backpack, the explosion should have killed him, after that he stole the weapons and walked away. He doesnt know why he is still alive, the bomb should have detonated at the moment Dennan stepped on the planet. Dennan slowly started to realize what is happening. Dennan said, "I guess i was lucky that i forgot my backback at the ship this day. But why do you wanted me to work for you, if you just want to kill me ?." Rick just wanted Dennans ship the whole time. Suddenly Rick starts fireing at Dennan. Dennan began to run to the exit of the building, he was able to get to his ship, he couldn't fight Rick, he has like 20 men assisting him. So Dennan just pressed the "Random - Button" in his ship, and escaped. He got to a undiscoverd planet, there where only a few things to do: survive, get some equipment, be ready if Rick comes for him or be ready to go for Rick. He beamed to planet and this is where Dennans story (of revenge) beginns.

Nyssara is a kind woman who seems to be in her early 20's, she'd do anything to help someone out and hasn't seen much when it comes to fighting just yet. She tries her best to avoid conflict, and tries to calm those who seem to be close to getting into one.

Character Biography:
Nyssara's life before traveling through the stars was a simpler one, merely studying and reading books to better her knowledge of things, as well as patching up anyone who was wounded within her hometown. Her studies ranged from small things such as cooking, to much larger things like spaceship repair. She'd learn how the wiring worked, how to make sure the converter for the fuel system was working properly, and how to tell which part was broken based upon sound.

She came from a rather boring place and wished for so much more, but was never able to get out there and see the world! However, as luck would have it, one day she stumbled upon a crashed ship in a nearby forest of her home, and with the knowledge from her studies upon ships and how to repair them, she would fix it up and get it flying. Soon she was not only traveling the world but also the stars! She'd be sure to take this opportunity to learn all she could about the different races out there, how they lived their lives, and hopefully some of their origins and histories.

As time went by on her travels, she'd see a few planets already, and they all seemed to be rather nice, though some of them empty and bland. She'd run into a good many enemies as well though, having to learn to fend for herself lest she be killed in the process. As much as she hated violence, she couldn't deny that at times there was no other way. She didn't get much research done yet either since everything attacked her, or there was nothing there to begin with, but she was sure that soon she would run into people and civilization to help her along the way.

 

Character Name: Veedeo

Character Race: Glitch

Character General Info: Age unknown. Quiet and shy, but eager to assimilate almost any kind of data. Probably an attempt to fill the void in his memory banks.

Character Description: Average build, dark paint, green lights. Uses a large MOD over one of his vision lenses to help him analyze his surroundings more efficiently.

Character Biography: Veedeo probably had a very normal life before reaching self awareness - for a Glitch that is. Or at least that is what he likes to believe. He only remembers fragments of what happened on that day. Bits and pieces too small and unrelated to be put together. All he did manage to figure out is that upon severing his link with the Glitch hivemind, something went wrong. Maybe it was a storm. Or his former comrades being too rough when they noticed his strange behaviour. Perhaps it was something untirely unrelated. Point is, his memory banks from before reaching self awareness seem to be corrupt. Trying to question his ship's logs concerning his origin did not teach him anything at all as the databanks seemed fried, beyond repair. Stranded in the middle of nowhere, all he was left with was a memento from his past: a large MOD bearing what he deciphered as "Veedeo". Taking the MOD - and the name - he set out in order to reclaim his past, convinced that, one way or another, he would eventually be able to recover his memory files.

Character Race: Human
Character General Info: 23, is looking for a way to leave his mark on history, constantly travels trying to find something to inspire him, with a strong eye for aesthetic appeal he makes sure everything he works on comes out looking perfect. Spends most of his time just traveling across random planet surfaces, looking for perfect spots to set up a town before moving on. His biggest problem is trying to come up with something better than his first town, which will always haunt him as a masterpiece that was wasted, since when he returned years later he found that bandits had taken up residence there and used the last residents as very unorthodox ornaments, ever since, the sight of his work being destroyed along with the massacre of his townsfolk has caused his later works to take a more depressing turn, and never giving him the same satisfaction . He still smiles through his day but it will always be at the back of his mind. Someday soon he hopes to be able to build something so great that he will never again have to doubt himself.
Character Description: always wears a smile and always stands up tall, keeps himself as clean as possible and always wears something a bit classy when he can, usually purple with a nice black to contrast. Although he has normal formal training in music, every-now and then he can be seeing carrying his favorite banjo so that he can jam out the few songs he knows.
Character Biography: After spending most of his time traveling around with his family who scavenged and then sold items across space, Sam finally set out on his own. He began by doing what he knew, traveling and selling, but after a few years he realized that his true love was for well crafted homes and buildings, so he started setting up his own trade-hub towns in order to both fuel his enterprise and his love for aesthetics. After his aforementioned troubles with his first town, he set up 3 more, one which he styled after a very popular Apex compound that he passed earlier that year, really trying to capture the image of Big Brother... I mean big ape the very kind leader. His next one was obviously more affected by his earlier experiences and had more of a dark turn to it, plus being on a planet that is predominantly dark. Finally his most recent bit was just a small basic uninspired town, after which he decided to do more traveling than building in order to regain the spark.

 

Character Name: Keyko

Character Race: Hylotl

Character General Info: 19s, Keyko is travelling the stars searching for an aproprieted home for her race, since they lost it in the great war against Floran people. Keyko is a pacifist, and is willing to try to heal the scars between the two races in order to prevent another war in the upcoming years. Other Hylotl treat her like a fool for believe that any sort of peace between both species is possible, but she knows that it might be the only way for her people to survive!

Character Description: with a light grey skin and big red eyes, Keyko like to use black clothes in order to show herself as the bringer of a balance needed for peace among all races in the galaxy. She is talkative, although is bend to listen to what other people say with full attention.

Character Biography: Born in a Hylotl nomad fleet a few years after the war agains the Florans, Keyko grew up listening to her mother stories about the home world. Since she was a child, her biggest dream is to find another planet to be the homeworld for her people. When she was 15, she left the fleet with her dad's ship, Leviathan, in the pilgrimage that works as a rite of passage for her people. Since then, she is looking for a suitable planet for her people to live. She was trained in combat by her uncle, Yun, a master swordsman, and can handle herself in a combat, although she prefers to solve all her problems in a peacefull way.

Character Biography: My story..when I was young I watched my brothers grow up, into men, into warriors. On my 12th birthday they were sent out to protect a near by village, the village was under attack..I was curious to know what was going on..part of me wanted to help..part of me was scared. I crept through the woods getting closer and closer to the village. The cries becoming louder and louder, as I approached the village gate I saw my brothers fending off hordes of Apex. As I noticed there was one coming from behind my brother Eric..I yelled to him...He looked at me with uncertainty as the apex drove the sword through his chest..My brother Ben was out numbered, out gunned, his death was certain..I felt a hand grab my neck, my body went limp. I was drug over to my brothers, I stared at Eric's corpse..Ben pleaded for the Chief to spare me.. the chief stepped forward and pulled out a knife..and said to me kill him and you will live..I gasped looking into my brother's eyes as tears rolled down my face, Ben handed me the knife..and said it was okay and that we would do this together. He held my hand as I held the knife..the Chief was becoming impatience with me he let out a roar startling me as i thrust the dagger into my brother's heart..I cried but there were no tears, I screamed but there was no voice..the Apex finished there raid and left my there next to my brothers..I lost the only family I had because of me...
8 Years later...(Present Day) joined the USCM, not only to follow in my brothers footsteps but to have the ability to travel into space to reap my revenge.(This is where my in game story continues)

Character General Info: Male, 21 years of age, strong willed, but willing to compromise in order to avoid outright conflict. Despite being attacked by his closest friends, he will never betray someone he considers a friend, and believes in helping those who are in need, and will try to protect those who are defenseless. Loves reading and seeks knowledge, but also understands the terrible price some knowledge holds.

Character Description: Black metallic body with white lights(eyes) Steel blue helmet, Light grey shirt, light tan pants with a pair of brown boots, and a golden colored belt.

Character Biography: Galen Tolsur was a well respected knight and valiant defender of one of his planets many kingdoms. As a knight, Galen had access to some of the more secretive information of the kingdom, including the location and operation of a ship that was housed beneath the royal garden. This, however, became his curse. Galen attained his Self Awareness, causing him to lose his title, land, and become accused of insanity. His closest friends and family attempted to kill him in the night, forcing him to flee in the ship that he read about. Now, he searches the stars looking for a place to call home, and find his path once more.

Character General Info: 21 Years old, friendly, female, sole survivor, princess/Queen, mysterious to strangers.
Character Description: Just like my profile picture ^^
Character Biography: Avanix was heir to be the new Queen of the Valkyrja clan, many people were proud of her and loved her, her kindness and love always put a smile on the villagers. One day the friendly neighboring Avian clan Terzu from the other planet disappeared with no trace of them to be found anywhere, as soon as the traders reported this to the King he got cautious and decided to double the Guard and put them on night watch. That night Avanix could not sleep because she was in fear, looking out the window staring at the stars to pass time. Then out of nowhere there was a white flash and a wave of force knocking Avanix back against the wall knocking her out. Upon waking up she found her entire Village deserted, she got scared fast and was worried about her people, taking nothing but the spaceship of one of the traders she searched the nearby planets, then the near by solar systems, after weeks of searching she never took caution to watch the fuel on her ship, but it was to late, forced to float around in space for the rest of her life. Or was she. A nearby wormhole sucked her in and threw her out near a planet where she could land, sadly the wormhole wiped all data from Avanix's ship, with no information on her home planet or where her tribe is she is forced to land on this planet trying to survive and find information on her tribe.
