Character Name: Anton Hewett
Character Race: Human
Character General Info: At 25 years old, Anton is usually very quiet, observing the world around him (by touch, sound, and smell) rather than taking part in it. Although if you do successfully strike up a conversation with him, he'll gladly take the reigns and talk all of what he observes. He is aloof and not very social and prefers to keep to himself. He treasures the few good relationships he has and treats all of his friends with extreme care and understanding. At times he'll wear a blindfold, though it doesn't do much for him, because he is already legally blind. It makes him feel comfortable.
Character Description: He stands at 5'10” with darker ginger blonde hair and hazel eyes. He has scars around his eyes and down his cheeks and neck(he wont speak about how he got them). He is on the thinner side of the average male spectrum and is by no means exceptionally strong. Because his jobs usually don't involve too much manual labor, he doesn't pack on more than an average amount of muscle (if not a little below average).
Character Biography: Growing up unable to see anything more than shadows, the world outside of him home scared him. But as he got older, curiosity grew inside him and he wanted to explore, even with his limited sight. This brought him farther and farther away from his parents and soon he just left them to slowly, carefully and curiously explore the world beyond them.

Character Name: Chrysalis

Character Race: Floran

Character Overview: Passive-aggressive, violent, curious, and ever naive, Chrys has little in the ways of goals or desires, meandering about on stolen Avaian technology as she treks across the galaxy. One might call it a search of meaning, for purpose, but to a Floran unknowing of such concepts, it is merely a state of constant unease.

Character Description: The age of a plant is hard to depict at times, for time itself moves much differently, even to such bi-pedal creatures such as the Florans. To place a Galactic date upon her being, she'd be of 35 years. Her appearance is very Floran-eqsque, from the green pigment of her skin, to the vibrant orange petals that make up her hair, only lightly touched with specks of amber and gold. Tall, perhaps, standing at a good 5'8" and possessing the natural grace of a hunter. A pair of vivid yellow eyes peers out to almost everything with curiousity and wariness.

Character Biography:

Chrysalis is by far anything special, her skills, for a Floran, average. Her ability to hunt, her ability to kill, her ability to speak, her ability to run... all average. Most of her like would have gone by this way in her Tribe upon Earth. Or, perhaps, it should be called earth, for it certainly was not the homeworld of Humanity; merely a desolate landmass possessing little to no life, or water. It was a hard place to live, yet her Tribe was given the honor, and opportunity, to hunt some of the dedliest beasts due to their migration. Yet it wasn't enough.

For Chrysalis posssessed one quality that was not average amongst the Florans, a desire to learn: or, at least to understand. She wanted to know things, even if they weren't useful to her, or for her Tribe. She wanted to do something, yet something not what others did.... a difficult concept for a Floran, yet one greatly felt by the more "advanced" races. Having no means to satisfy this need, Chrys delved into the one thing with variety amongst her people: cooking; or rather, massing groups of food together in unusual ways, something that branded her as "Odd". Her fellow Floran did not hate her, not at all, yet she never truly fit in, even as she tried her best to get her fellows interested in her new, unnamed "profession". In the end however, she couldn't handle the unease in her "heart", and after completing the Right of Passage amongst her people, she became a hunter in order to be granted the right to travel in space. Which she did (after stealing a coveted Avian ship, of course).

 

Character Name: Capt. Dorian Apexis
Character Race: Apex (Rather obvious, my apologies.)
Character General Info: Military personality, with a neck for drama. He is in his late 30s, body filled with scars from previous battles. A forward individual who does not hesitate to do what has to be done.
Character Description: Captain Dorian Apexis is a Male Apex in his late 30s. Fur is coloured red/orange - a genetic family trait. Most often dresses in military uniform.
Character Biography:
Dorian Apexis was born a leader in the Apex Society. The Apexis Family is rumoured to be one of the founding families of the Apex race (- or maybe his ancestors just wanted to act important?) and have some of the highest ranks in Apex Society.
The head of the family is Dorian's father, Admiral Zaius Ursus Apexis, loyal only to the Apex race and the Ministry of Scientific Progression.
At the age of 11, Dorian was put into military training with the help of a family servant by the name of Aurelius the Manservant. Side by side they trained for the next 7 years, at which time Dorian applied to the Military to serve his race.
Climbing quickly through the ranks, he was promoted to the rank of Captain at the age of 32. Shortly after, he was approached by a hooded figure - who's name was never told - who promised Dorian the chance to free his race from the oppression of those in power.
The following years, Dorian supported the underground movement against the MiniKnog in a futile attempt to restore order and balance to his once magnificent race.

It was a small mistake, that led to his fall from the social ladder.
A late night in the Apex capital, the patriotic Dorian walked alone in the dark streets of the city, or so he thought.
The inbred sense of loyalty had forced his trainer and friend Aurelius to follow him. In those dark windling corridors of the highly populated city Dorian met with the Rebel Contact, and delivered to him sensitive information that could destroy the Miniknog once and for all.
Aurelius, stood in the darkness watching as he saw his friend betraying the family. By the misguided loyalty to Dorian's father, Aurelius ran back to the Families manshion to tell the Admiral everything.
When Dorian came back to the Apexis Estate, he was arrested and charged with treason - of which the punishment was death.
Aurelius saw the mistake he had made, and helped Dorian escape the clutches of the evil Empire.
They fought side by side, until they got hold of a Apex Cargo Ship and set sail to the uncharted parts of the universe.
But in the escape, Aurelius recieved a deadly wound. Holding the dying Aurelius in Dorian's arms, he vowed to the Earthmother that his friend would be revenged, and remembered.

Weeks later, Capt. Dorian Apexis arrived at his new destination. Determined to rebuild his home, he decided to build a new colony, a new city, of good hearted Apex's to form the foundation to the empire his people deserved.

Character General Info: An independent robot woman WHO DON'T NEED NO MAN, Sassotron doesn't take anybody's crap and will LET YOU KNOW IT MM HMM
Character Description:
Character Biography: Sassontron Mk2 was constructed by her parents, Sassotron 9000 and an human linguistics professor named Charles Albright. After her mother retired she was designed to continue her mission of helping glitch speak with a more fluid and easily understandable mode of communication, their typical syntax being odd and sometimes just a little too wordy to get a message out quickly.

However, her first exposure to language was her mother, so like her mother she developed an unfortunate tendency to deliver messages with a little too much sass, immediately making her mission a little more difficult. Despite this, she seeks out glitches to teach actual speaking to, and any other species to learn better forms of communication from... even if she doesn't really take to it very well, as the natured in 'learn/teach various dialects' conflicts starkly with her nurtured in 'independent android who don't need anybody for anything' mentality.

Character Name: #52 - 'Benny Whitehorn'
Character Race: Cloned Human
Character General Info:

• Benjamin Whitehorn appears to be a 45 year old male, but in actuality; he has only been genetically alive for five. (Cryostasis disabled his aging process.)
• Like most clones, he has developed his own personal quirks to help differentiate him from other batches.
• He tends to keep to himself, and has trouble expressing himself to other races.
• He has exhibited wisdom, skill, and efficiency at what he does. As a result, most call him 'Coach'
• The subject actually seems to enjoy closed in surroundings, and can often be spotted hanging out in previously mined out tunnels.
• Doesn't seem to have any fears, but tries to keep uninvolved with others issues.

Character Description:

Benjamin Whitehorn appears to be a 45 year old male that stands at about 5'7. He weighs 220 pounds, and has a slightly muscular build to him. His face his rugged, and slightly scarred, and almost always has some sort of dirt or oil smear on it. His head sports a buzz cut, and he always has an empty stare about him. His eyes are a dull gray tone. He has a barcode on his left shoulder, and his body has an assortment of scars. The lower right portion of his side has a large tattoo that reads as 'Black Sheep' on it. His skin is slightly tanned, and he always appears to be slightly slouched back, as if attentive at any given moment. He always wears simplistic clothing, when the situation doesn't call for armor.

Character Biography:
Clones were to be the future of Earth... Rather, it was one of the few proposed ideas for Earth's population's survival. The proposed plan involved creating large quantities of clones, genetically accelerating them to be in their twenties to forties, training them for their role with their crew, and then shipping them off into space by the dozens in hopes that at least one of these crews would find a planet suitable for human life. Clones #45 through #52 were one such crew. They also ended up being the first and last of the clones to be shipped off. The United Earth Council decided that the creation of these clones, even with the earth in it's condition, was completely unethical, and were forced to shut down the project once word of it leaked into the public, causing small scale riots to pop up across the globe. It was further leaked that most of the clones had become mutated, and that the mutations had proven fatal. This particular crew however, was fortunate enough to avoid such a fate. It was a small crew, consisting of a pilot, a soldier, a mechanic, a navigator, a medic, the chef, and a miner. 52, being the miner had been trained for his role so that he could acquire various resources to send back to Earth for further research. An error however, ruined the entire plan. After their ship entered a new quadrant, they underwent meteoric impact on a minor level. It was just enough to jar the cryochambers, and all but 52's chamber malfunctioned, causing the others to freeze to death. The ship, now stationary over it's new planet, proved to be a sitting duck, and various space pirates and other thieves would ransack the ship, leaving it almost completely bare. Eventually, the ship would activate after registering it was now in orbit. 52 was revived, only to discover his crew dead, and the ship looted. After carefully inspecting the ship, he was able to find a small cache of supplies in a secure locker that had proven too much for the thieves. The ship, now out of fuel, had just enough energy left for him to beam down onto the strange planet in hopes to find more fuel and supplies for his continued survival. Only time would tell if his goals would prove fruitful.

Character Name: Kaine Harlon

Character Race: Human

Character General Info: Cunning with a fairly weak moral compass. Can hold his own in a firefight. Seeks personal benefit at any opportunity. 21 years hold. Kaine prefer to shoot first and not have to bother with questions. Kaine enjoys working with others and loves a good adventure.

Character Description: Kaine is a fairly tall guy with several tattoos and dakr blood red hair that he combs to the side. He is fairly thin but is still muscular.

Character Biography:
Kaine was born on Earth to a repulsively rich family. He was cared for by a nanny a majority of the time for the first five years of his life. He lived a rather lavish life and was always given what he wanted, until Earth was destroyed. Both of his parent were killed in the chaos of the tentacled beast, his cousin Vax however was not.

Vax was the black sheep of the family and was only at the Harlon estate for the day. In the heat of the destruction Vax, a man of only 24, took Kaine on to his ship and set off in to the cosmos. Immediately it became obvious to Kaine that Vax was an intergalactic drug and arms smuggler. Vax made sure that he was properly taken care of while also maintaining his business. Quickly Kaine had to become accustomed to a not so pampered life style and became significantly more independent. Kaine was exposed to Vax's lifestyle on many occasions and enjoyed many features of it such as the dark wave techno.

At the age of 15 Kaine was introduced to Vax's trade when Vax asked him to join him on his next trip to a super city on Gliese 581 c. On the trip Vax made it a point to Kaine to stick close, not speak unless spoke to and not look anyone in the eye. Once on planet the pair traveled several hours across the city meeting with several small time dealers. Eventually they came to a oriental tower where they met with a group of Hylotl in the penthouse. Vax gave an older Hylotl who was clearly the leader of the group a vial of blue glowing crystals. After the transaction the two went down got a bite to eat and met with a glitch friend of Vax's named Cilar. They talked for hours, and stayed on the planet for a few more days. Before leaving Cilar decided to join Vax on his intergalactic journeys.

Over the next five years the trio made billions of pixels in the industry. As Kaine became a man he became a larger part of the trio and soon was seen as an equal by Vax and Cilar. Kaine had a rather successful time with women in his teenage years. He soon was back to the level of comfort of his early childhood. The trio threw massive parties and disregarded all governments. They planned to make several moves in the next year to make several trillion pixels.

One day that seemed no different than any other an event happened which would change Kaine's life forever. Another day in another city on another planet, nothing unique. The same routine as usual, meet and greet with a buyer and move product. As the three traveled through the city they began to reminisce about the trip Kaine and Vax made five years ago in the very same city. Cilar pointed out the fact that now they had a standing in the universe and controlled a fair amount of the market now. As the journey through the city ended they came across the same tower as five years ago, their last stop. They made their way up the seemingly endless tower. Vax gave a younger Hylotl a vial of the same crystals. The group of Hylotl were silent and staring the three down. Kaine's guard was down as it isn't like a group of Hylotl to fight. This group however were not like most Hylotl. Shots went out. Cilar took a shot to his motherboard, immediately shutting down . . . permanently. Vax took several shots to the body. Kaine was barely grazed by a shot to the shoulder, and fired back at the group killing every last one of them. He rushed to Vax's side where he then died in his arms. Kaine made his way back to where they had parked their ship. Had parked, Kaine's ship was no where to be seen, obviously stolen by a group of Shipjackers.

Kaine's only friends were dead, along with all of his possessions stolen. He took what little money he had on him and bought a "pre-owned and refurbished" ship. After spending several days fixing up the ship he took off looking to start the next chapter in his unorthodox life.

Character Name: Ceshi Khar

Character Race: Avian.

Character General Info/Description (Put these two together. Hopefully you won't mind.): Ceshi is an young-ish (24.) female Avian. She's slightly above six feet, making her a little taller than other Avian females. She surprisingly has a pair of D-cup breasts, wide-ish hips, what make her look feminine, and more sexually 'advanced' than others like her.

The feathers on her skin are slightly 'shiny', and when you're near her, you can smell something, what's similar to rose, but still slightly different.
The feathers on her head are also well 'done', as if she would have took her time to prepare her feathers carefully.

She seems to be in good physical health, and looks like that she's really looking after for her appearance.

Ceshi is also an relaxing character. She loves to listen to people, and talk a lot.

Character Biography: Ceshi has been living like any other Avian female, but she just had slightly different plans for her future - to be a space explorer. She began by getting into
space-related jobs at the age of 19, but mostly social ones, like waitress, or servant-like jobs. Eventually, she had enough money to buy her own, low-class, small, shuttle-like ship, and finally got to do what she has wanted. She is now just looking for the perfect place to settle in, but still keep adventuring.

Character Biography: He was on an exploration mission when his ship ran out of fuel,He was alone at this time,After landing on an unknown planet he has gathered information about the other species of the galaxy,He had also learnt how to use a pickaxe and fight the hostile beings of this galaxy,After about 2 months he had enough fuel to leave the planet,He said goodbye to his friends and moved on to explore the rest of the galaxy.

Character Name: Issac Gill

Character Race: Hylotl

Character General Info: Issac is a 24 year old Hylotl who tends to get lost in thought and always seems to have his head in the clouds. In honesty this is all planning and thinking, time spent meditating and honing his skills as a survivalist and a poet. Issac typically will always be looking for a quest to go on, anything to become better. He lives a life style of meditation, training, and reading seeming to always want to find inner peace. His devotion to his way of life is all that is seen on the outside, any time someone brings up the past Issac seems to change the subject.

Character Description: Issac hides his face under anything he can find, it is rare to see his face. He is a tall Hyloyl (6'6) with a slim figure, always moving with grace and a calm that comes from years of discipline. His scales are mostly black, though his belly and fins are a lime green in shade.

Character Biography: Issac for as long as he can remember was trained. He was trained to walk, to read, to fight, to meditate, he was trained for everything. This always bothered some part of the normally gentle Hyloyl, his mother never around meant that the reasoning for his up bringing laid only on his father, a man who was obsessed with perfection. He was forced to move, home to home, planet to planet till one night when he was just barely a man his father disappeared from the ship he called home. Issac did not know how to react, he was alone and left without a guide, without orders or anyone to train him to handle what ever life was going to throw next. He had to go down, the ship was stopped, empty above a snowy planet in the middle of no where. Issac spent four years of his life on the planet, learning from his own thought meditation how to live and discovering life was better when he had a choice. Months after his revelation he learned from the books on his fathers ship, learned how to send out a distress beacon and is now back with society. He still doesn't know exactly why his father disappeared or why he was stuck on the planet for as long as he was but now, he had the chance to make a life for himself, celebrating free will. He might never learn why, but he's come to terms with it.

 

Character Name: Iris Greenthorn
Character Race: Floran
Character General Info: Iris is a 35-year-old Floran female. She is generally friendly, however a bit on the mischievous side of it. She is very chatty despite her poor communication skills, and seems to have an opinion on just about everything whether you care to hear it or not. She is both average height and weight for her race, and has the build of a huntress, as is expected of most Florans.
Character Description: Iris has green skin, with a similarly-hued floral accent. Her petals are a bright red, and her eyes a beady black. She is considered attractive amongst her people, but not overly so. (You don't want to see my stick-figure drawings, but I intend for her to present as she does in the game itself.)
Character Biography: I don't like to give TOO much information OOCly, but Iris seeks adventure above all else. Adventure, and a few good hunting partners that is. Hunting is very important to the Floran people, and it has made an impression upon her. That being said, she doesn't seem to turn down opportunities to get into trouble either, and the galaxy is a very big place to find it.

 

Can you make your biography a little less silly and possibly come up with a better reason for getting a ship all to himself? It doesn't seem like you were all that serious with it. Other than that, you're pretty good.

I love your creativity, I really, really do, but a straightforward backstory and whatnot is good enough and helps us get a grasp for who your character is. That and remove some of the extra bits? They're a bit out of place on your app.

Can you build on her a biit more, and make the backstory a bit easier to understand? There are parts where I feel grammar and spelling errors got in the way, and while that's probably not a valid reason, I'd appreciate it if you could clear some of it up a bit.

Build on your character more, please! Specifically in character general description. What's he like personality-wise? Any details other than just age and goal.

Pretty good, but I would prefer that if you're mentioning Earth being destroyed, you leave out why, since it hasn't been established in the lore yet.

This is really good, but I'm a bit confused, what was the 'norm'? Amount of coal, copper, iron mined or something else? Specify this a bit and you're good!
