Character Name: Kuma Kin

Character Race: Human

Character General Info: In her 20s she really likes exploring and finding exotic things. She isn't too good at fighting but she does well with a gun. Generally a carefree girl, with a blunt attitude, and a dark sense of humor. Hoarder, with a case of kleptomania.

Character Description: She is thin in frame with blonde hair. She looks fairly normal except for an odd scar she has on her cheek. She has a muscular physique from a rather nomadic cardio she had endured on her travels. She kind of lost her mind being separated from other sentient beings but she is still somewhat intact. She can be aggressive and thrifty but she generally is shy and speaks quite softly. She is bi-lingual as most merchants were from other planets and trade her odd knick knacks for goods she had recovered. She also has very blue eyes and doesn't really enjoy shoes though she understands their necessity. She generally doesn't like fighting and avoids conflict.

Character Biography: Kuma was a collector on her home planet. She scavenged and collected stuff and turned it into other junk or sold it for money to local merchants. She generally would keep anything shiny she found. Her planet had a strong electromagnetic field so most ships plummeted to the surface when their equipment failed then she would scavenge them for parts. Some ships were equipped with organic equipment that wasn't effected by electromagnetic pulses. The planet was generally ruled by a large group of avian who looked down on the humans but usually left them alone unless they encroached onto their territory. She scavenged a star map from a ship and wanted to travel to all the POIs listed by the dead crew. Most of the Avians who ruled their planet would exile humans if they tried to gather into hubs or groups so most stayed as hermits or nomads. She wasn't exiled like some humans were she merely left to go venture into the wild unknown maybe she could find some people to be with who liked shiny things like her. So she scavenged parts and made a ship of random junk parts from a lot of other ships then she just aimed straight up, guessing the electromagnetic field could only shut off her instruments, then she kept flying straight until she ran out of gas then she activated the gravity stabilizer. Hovering over some unknown planet she realized her ship being made of parts from other races around the galaxy made her feel proud for some odd reason. She looked at the console which was similar to a flower garden, the body of the ship looked like a medieval boat, and the engines were large crystals that radiated a odd glow and also very shiny. She had finally landed on a trade planet where she sold the ship for a smaller one as the one she had was quick large. The ship she bought was called "Spelunker Spaceship: Excalibur" which apparently was an old warship. She called it "Shippy" affectionately. She left the trade planet after selling some stuff she didn't need and a few things she wanted but didn't have space for. She had bought some new clothes which she thought were rather "Dapper" unfortunately she had small understanding of the currency and paid too much but she enjoyed them anyways. After buying the ship and packing to go she opened her star map and set course to a planet she saw first. As she entered the blackness of space she realized the ship she bought had very little gas. She got a good distance trying to be conservative with her fuel but eventually she ran out and just had enough to slowly coast towards her designated planet. In that time she scribbled all over the walls like the writing of a madman as she thought about all the possibilities that lie ahead. A alert came on and it was warning her that she was stuck in a meteor storm and that she should brace for impact. Before she finished reading it the meteor hit the side of her ship sending her off course. The blow had knocked her unconscious. After a while she awoke wondering if she was still alive. The ships emergency lights were on and she felt light and she realized the gravity simulator had failed. She shook of her drowsiness and floated towards the window. She saw a planet which she had never seen. After a while of reading instruction manuals that had come with the ship she had repaired it enough to stop it from crashing into the planet. She realized she would have to go scavenge to fix her ship. She wasn't opposed to the idea but excited. A new place to explore. New people to meet. She quickly worked on fixing her surface-to-ship teleporatation device so she could have a look around.

Character General Info: 29 years old and always looking for the next bounty head. Jin is pretty rough around the edges. he's violent, cynical, sarcastic, rude, vain, and sometimes Loud. Finds Violence necessary and loves a good fight. He honestly doesn't give a flying flip about anyone. No one ever gave him a reason to

Character Description: Slightly tan skin. a average build for just entering middle age. Likes wearing his brown leather jacket where ever he goes. not shy to gear up when it hits the fan. His Shaggy black hair is allways unkempt

Character Biography: Jin did not feel like he fit in his home world. He thrived thinking outside the box and love dreaming of the high life as a kid

When he was about 9 years old, Jin ran away from home and stowed away onboard a starship heading for Mars. There he spent some time as a street urchin of sorts, hanging around with all sorts of shifty characters, doing a bit of thieving to survive and learning his way around the urban underworld. And the whole time he'd look on at the high-rises and penthouses where the most wealthy lived, always dreaming about the day he'd live there too.

And he soon figured out how he was going to do it. One day, while walking the streets, he witnessed a couple of bounty hunters nab a criminal on the street. Out of curiosity he followed them and was struck speechless when he saw the payload of pixels they'd gotten for turning in the weasel.
Immediately Jin set about learning to be a bounty hunter. Completely self-taught, he worked for a while catching small time crooks and gradually continued to go after bigger and bigger quarry, soon making a bit of a name for himself as "The Half-pint Hunter".

But as years passed, jin grew from being a street rat to a downright bounty hunting pro. he had a very impressive record of captured bounties early in his career but that was vastly overshadowed by his enormous debt....for you see he tends to leave a bit of a mess behind wherever he went. he prefers big, loud, in-your-face capture tactics and loves hand to hand, nitty-gritty fighting. Using brute force and violence to stun his quarry before cuffing them.

Sadly sometimes the hunter becomes the hunted. Mars placed a bounty on his head. Alive for recollection, his debt finally caught up to him. Not up for the annoyance, Jin "borrowed" the closest ship hit the FTL drive and set out in the void.
No money, food, or no one to hunt jin found himself drifting above a terrestrial planet. Wonder if they are insured

Character General Info: Brash and temperamental, as well as xenophobic due to a sense of grandiose.
Character Description: Brown coat of fur, average build/height, wild-west themed apparel.
Character Biography: As a child Johns malleable mind was filled to the brim with old western movies and tales, his fascination bordering obsessive,
is apparent in his mannerisms and apparel. Often he broke from the regime to chase absurd fantasies and delusions of being a space cowboy. His
pursuit was deemed intolerable by Big Ape and was thus chosen to be put to use furthering the VEP. After a brief and violent dispute
with a guard, he "commandeered" a Miniknog vessel and rode off into the sunset (and past it) ready to become the next Jesse James.

Character Biography: hes always been getting into trouble now and again for his mining habits he was uncanny in his mining assignments finding varouis ores+minerals for what technicians and Engineers could never wrap their brains how he manages it they never realised how up until they discovered a rare programing Disorder the fleshy people called "Self Awareness", after overhearing about the order for him to be dismantled he decided to get the hell out of the colony he was stationed by stealing a ship and figure out what this program disorder means and why he has never Heard of it before now hes Virtually alone trying to survive with nothing but his previous programs from his former life aswell as the new skills his Programming Disorder is allowing him to adapt to learn,

Character Race: Glitch

Character General Info: Age; 4 years (auxiliary scanner lens), 27 years (neck joint pressure chip), 612 years (processor protective heat plating), [REDACTED], [REDACTED], etc.

Character Description: His body consisting of various different origins, 47-k is a mosaic of different hardware and systems. While usually able to socialize with other organisms and constructs within normality, there is a [REDACTED]% chance of a subsystem failure that may cause puncturing, decapitation, [REDACTED], [REDACTED], tickling sensation, [REDACTED] and rude remarks.

Character Biography: Originally sent by the [REDACTED] pty. ltd. to scan newly discovered gas giants in the [REDACTED], 47-k was a primitive hardware mostly sending scanned data to the mainframe. Over the course of years in service, the mainframe stopped responding, leaving 47-k in the dark and unable to dump its data to the ISIS systems storage. This caused a data feedback in his memory systems, severely damaging its primary functions. Confused, the satellite attempted self-repair by using makeshift materials from the nearby planets natural debris and eventually from mostly derelict spacecrafts. Many years and improvements later the satellite achieved self-awareness, eventually focusing to build a more mobile platform for its processor.

Character General Info: 25 Male Apex. Convel likes exploring and meeting new friends. He loves delving into dungeons in hopes to find rare and interesting things. His ship is called "The Albatross" which was given to him from an old man living in solitude on an Alpha cluster planet after his passing.

Character Description: Convel is young, but he is sharp and you can see it in his eyes. He is thin and agile which makes dungeons a breeze for him. He has a darkish appearance but he is much nicer than he appears.

Character Biography: Convel's father was enlisted in the "Valuen Cluster Defense" . The Valuen Cluster which was where is home world used to exist was once a huge empire streching thousands of solar systems. There was a huge invasion going on during Convel's teenage days from an opposing force of rebels. His home planet was closer to the edge of the Cluster and when news arrived that his Father had been killed in action. Him and his mother fled. Fleeing wasn't easy and after weeks of drifting in space, they were struck by an asteroid and crashed into an isolated planet in the Alpha cluster. His mother did not survive and Convel was fortunate enough to be found by an old man named roger and was given refuge until the old man passed away leaving Convel with his prized ship, "The Albatross" . It has been years since the death of his father, mother, and the old man that saved him, and now he is looking for a place to call his home.

Character Name: John Allen Dared

Character Race: Human

Character General Info: He is roughly 38 years old, is a former mercenary for a small private company, rather confident personality, pretty secretive, currently unemployed (Until I find a job in the RP), rather sadistic humor when bored, very open to meet people from other species.

Character Description: (Don't judge my formatting, I use it all the time) Dark brown hair | Rather pale skin | Heavy Germanic Accent | Small scars on face | Short hair | Dark brown eyes | Small stubble | About 5"8 |

Character Biography: The events leading up to his employment were rather normal, going to school in a small settlement on a small Arid planet, helping out with keeping the colony alive, that sort of stuff, but once he went to get employed his eyes caught a small mercenary business that was in need of some people to hire. Jumping at the chance and going through the tests easily, he was given his first assignment with a small but wealthy Avian looking for a new home. After arriving on their ship things went normal, for the first three days, if you call being in a ship filled with feathers and smells like complete ❤❤❤❤.
Once they arrived at the planet that they wanted to call home, they all jumped him and decided to use him as a sacrifice for their god of some sorts. One night while being unattended he quickly found a rock to break through the weak lock they had placed onto the door, quickly taking a small amount of food and a weapon, he went a few days unscathed until he luckily found an abandoned settlement. It seemed like the inhabitants were Apex and left in a hurry, since they left most of their supplies, such as food water and tools.
The prize of this cache he had found however was a ship, and it was heavily damaged and seemed to be of a human design, stolen vessel no doubt. So he spent the next month repairing the ship using spare parts and looking at the schematics of the ship to see what was truly missing, while working on the ship at night, he had heard footsteps coming towards him, given away by the sharp crackles of the sticks and leaves.
He hurried over to the entrance to the ship, closed it, and took off hearing a few thuds on the hull as he went up, sadly the fuel tank was leaked so he made a last ditch effort to at least get away from that planet, never wanting to see it again, deleting the planetary coordinates from his ship's directory, after a few hours the fuel finally cut out, scared to open the fuel compartment in case of death by vacuum, he decided to wait.
He waited for three months in that ship. Little power. No fuel. No contact.
Alone.
He finally was caught in the orbit of the planet he was found at, still rather intact mentally, and once he finally repaired the communications array on his ship, he contacted the company he worked for and said very boldly to them;
"I quit."
Nothing building up to it, just a swift and melodramatic small sentence, right after that was said, he cut communications and went to explore.

If you turn me down because you think the stuff above is horrid and shouldn't be allowed, do note I am an experienced roleplayer and will stick to the part as necessary. (And please, PLEASE tell me what I do wrong if done )

There is a strict age requirement, we want people to be of a decent age, at least older than 20. We have determined that earth has been destroyed for 10 years. Your background will most likely need to be changed because of this. Beyond this, many people have similar backgrounds to this, it's somewhat generic. Keep in mind everyone that we don't deny you because we want you to fail. We want you to succeed and we are trying to help you out as much as we can but we have literally page after page of posts to go through so we sometimes give you short responses of what we think you should improve on.

Change the age as I can't let in anyone younger than 19. Just try again. I will accept you once you make a few more tweeks. I'm sorry that I cannot be in depth with all the people I check out.

Character Name: #52 - 'Benny Whitehorn'
Character Race: Cloned Human
Character General Info:

• Benjamin Whitehorn appears to be a 45 year old male, but in actuality; he has only been genetically alive for five. (Cryostasis disabled his aging process.)
• Like most clones, he has developed his own personal quirks to help differentiate him from other batches.
• He tends to keep to himself, and has trouble expressing himself to other races.
• He has exhibited wisdom, skill, and efficiency at what he does. As a result, most call him 'Coach'
• The subject actually seems to enjoy closed in surroundings, and can often be spotted hanging out in previously mined out tunnels.
• Doesn't seem to have any fears, but tries to keep uninvolved with others issues.

Character Description:

Benjamin Whitehorn appears to be a 45 year old male that stands at about 5'7. He weighs 220 pounds, and has a slightly muscular build to him. His face his rugged, and slightly scarred, and almost always has some sort of dirt or oil smear on it. His head sports a buzz cut, and he always has an empty stare about him. His eyes are a dull gray tone. He has a barcode on his left shoulder, and his body has an assortment of scars. The lower right portion of his side has a large tattoo that reads as 'Black Sheep' on it. His skin is slightly tanned, and he always appears to be slightly slouched back, as if attentive at any given moment. He always wears simplistic clothing, when the situation doesn't call for armor.

Character Biography:
Clones were the future of Earth... Rather, it was the proposed future for the survival of it. One plan that never took off involved the creation of various clones, genetically accelerating them to a set age, and shipping them off into space by the dozens in hopes that at least one ship would find a planet suitable for human life. These clones had accelerated training that involved making them stronger and faster then most humans. Clones #45 through #52 were one such crew. They were the first and last clones to be shipped off, after the united earth council decided that clones were unethical, and shut the project down after a few cloned humans began to form mutations that were fatal to their host. This crew however, was lucky enough to not acquire any of the symptoms however. It was a small crew, with 45 being the pilot, 46 being a security guard, 47 being the mechanic, 48 a navigator, 49 a medic, 50 a scientist, 51 the chef, and 52; the miner needed for resource acquisition. An error occurred during their cryostasis treatment though, halfway through their journey to the selected coordinates. Some of the pods thawed slightly after their ship was impacted by several small meteoric debris. As a result, they thawed partially, and their brains froze completely; killing them. 52 was the only one fortunate enough to avoid this fate. Upon arriving at the alien plant, he was revived, only to discover the ship had been looted by unknown thieves, and that the crew was now dead. Fortunately, he was able to find a small cache of items, and the ship had enough energy left for him to beam down onto the strange planet in hopes of finding fuel and supplies... It was up to time to tell if he'd be successful.

 

Character Name: Kaine Harlon

Character Race: Human

Character General Info: Cunning with a fairly weak moral compass. Can hold his own in a firefight. Seeks personal benefit at any opportunity. 21 years hold. Kaine prefer to shoot first and not have to bother with questions. Kaine enjoys working with others and loves a good adventure.

Character Description: Kaine is a fairly tall guy with several tattoos and dakr blood red hair that he combs to the side. He is fairly thin but is still muscular.

Character Biography:
Kaine was born on Earth to a repulsively rich family. He was cared for by a nanny a majority of the time for the first five years of his life. He lived a rather lavish life and was always given what he wanted, until Earth was destroyed. Both of his parent were killed in the chaos of the tentacled beast, his cousin Vax however was not.

Vax was the black sheep of the family and was only at the Harlon estate for the day. In the heat of the destruction Vax, a man of only 24, took Kaine on to his ship and set off in to the cosmos. Immediately it became obvious to Kaine that Vax was an intergalactic drug and arms smuggler. Vax made sure that he was properly taken care of while also maintaining his business. Quickly Kaine had to become accustomed to a not so pampered life style and became significantly more independent. Kaine was exposed to Vax's lifestyle on many occasions and enjoyed many features of it such as the dark wave techno.

At the age of 15 Kaine was introduced to Vax's trade when Vax asked him to join him on his next trip to a super city on Gliese 581 c. On the trip Vax made it a point to Kaine to stick close, not speak unless spoke to and not look anyone in the eye. Once on planet the pair traveled several hours across the city meeting with several small time dealers. Eventually they came to a oriental tower where they met with a group of Hylotl in the penthouse. Vax gave an older Hylotl who was clearly the leader of the group a vial of blue glowing crystals. After the transaction the two went down got a bite to eat and met with a glitch friend of Vax's named Cilar. They talked for hours, and stayed on the planet for a few more days. Before leaving Cilar decided to join Vax on his intergalactic journeys.

Over the next five years the trio made billions of pixels in the industry. As Kaine became a man he became a larger part of the trio and soon was seen as an equal by Vax and Cilar. Kaine had a rather successful time with women in his teenage years. He soon was back to the level of comfort of his early childhood. The trio threw massive parties and disregarded all governments. They planned to make several moves in the next year to make several trillion pixels.

One day that seemed no different than any other an event happened which would change Kaine's life forever. Another day in another city on another planet, nothing unique. The same routine as usual, meet and greet with a buyer and move product. As the three traveled through the city they began to reminisce about the trip Kaine and Vax made five years ago in the very same city. Cilar pointed out the fact that now they had a standing in the universe and controlled a fair amount of the market now. As the journey through the city ended they came across the same tower as five years ago, their last stop. They made their way up the seemingly endless tower. Vax gave a younger Hylotl a vial of the same crystals. The group of Hylotl were silent and staring the three down. Kaine's guard was down as it isn't like a group of Hylotl to fight. This group however were not like most Hylotl. Shots went out. Cilar took a shot to his motherboard, immediately shutting down . . . permanently. Vax took several shots to the body. Kaine was barely grazed by a shot to the shoulder, and fired back at the group killing every last one of them. He rushed to Vax's side where he then died in his arms. Kaine made his way back to where they had parked their ship. Had parked, Kaine's ship was no where to be seen, obviously stolen by a group of Shipjackers.

Kaine's only friends were dead, along with all of his possessions stolen. He took what little money he had on him and bought a "pre-owned and refurbished" ship. After spending several days fixing up the ship he took off looking to start the next chapter in his unorthodox life.

This is a run on sentence. It has a lot going on and it seems to be all over the place. This could just be because of the lack of punctuation. However, this paragraph seems rushed. As far as the concepts go, they are interesting and I think you might have a good character going. Just re-read it and submit it again.

However, I like the character! Keep up the work!
