Bug/Issue Umm... whats happening?!!?

    Basically, you get a debuff and you can't eat when you ate a thing.
    But, if you enter a mech and leave it, the debuff disappears so you can eat something again.
    Was this planned?

    EDIT: Same with other debuffs and buffs
