Can I choose to speak fluent animal? Cantonese (my native language) is objectively the best language there is. What is that? I googled what it is and lewd came out
Actually I just heard of it for the first time. Looked it up a little - seems more like a catholic thing (I'm a protestant) so I can't really say much about that.
Good question! I do all my sketches on physical paper first (it's the most comfortable for me), then scan/photo them and do everything else with Inkscape (it's free!). I'm used to doing vectors with cursor mouse these days and usually finish most of my comic strips without using tablet at all. I dunno man, if enough people are interested I can do a quick tutorial/showcase of how the process works out.
Well, I think a tutorial is a great idea for me. I have more question for you. So, what kind of drawing can you draw?
That's kinda vague, but let's see.....aside from vector, do pencil doodle and dumb MSPaint drawings count? Well, those and chinese painting, even though that was nearly 5 years ago.
I'm not sure if it's been asked yet. What's your favourite colour? Also, do you like Lord of the Rings?
Soft green and biege. I'm not too much of a literature/movie fan so I'm a little indifferent on LOTR as a whole - it's still pretty great, though! Making comics. No, really, the entire book. I can probably pick my favorite part/advice out of it but that would probably take some time. I'm lazy ;A;
Hey, it has been a while or months, still remember me? No? Well that's fine. So, I have a question regarding to art. What kind of equipment or software do you use to make your comic or other piece of art? Just wandering though, because you seems to be a person with a fine experience with it.
Generally speaking my arting process goes with physical pencil n' paper (initial sketches) then Inkscape (digital draws, pretty much everything you actually see in the final product) - that's pretty much it. Because of the path-based nature of vector draws I do nearly all my draws with mouse cursor (yes you read that right). I normally only use my tablet for more 'natural' shapes like grass and rocks and stuff.
Fascinating! So, is it really hard to draw with a mouse? Because I ever try to draw something with a mouse, and it is not as easy as I thought.
