    Wow that's awesome :D

Some other questions I'd love to get answered..

Has anybody crafted one yet? What tier are they, what are the mats, do they need anything to make them run (like wiring/switch) or do they run on their own?

Make them in the wiring station with a Circuit Board and a Laser Diode. The are fairly useless as they take 2-3 hits to kill level one monsters.

Make 20 of them and youll be doing pretty well for yourself though.

They are most certainly not useless as Man of Shadows said.

The point of the turrets isn't to utterly and instantly obliterate anything that comes within a mile radius, the point is it can act as inefficient but automated defenses for your base. My friend and I set up a base with turrets' outputs linked to alarms on our ceiling. While the turrets fire, not only do they sound the alarms letting us know monsters are outside the base (the left turret sounds the left alarm, right turret right alarm), but the aggro they draw makes it very easy to finish the job on your own.

The monsters will just go away of their own accord without the turrets. The measley damage they do will most certainly not help me on a level 10 planet.

They should be able to kill anything that comes near them, otherwise they are kind of pointless. A simple wall keeps your base safe from enemies, you don't need a turret to keep things out. The turret should keep the exits clear of monsters and get rid of the birds so they stop derping your roof while you are sleeping.

wut have you done! my buddies are building too many turrets all over the place and this isn't half of it, it still the beginning!

P.S the turrents can kill lvl monster 1-5 monsters or animals...recommended not over build turrents and activing all them, cuz it will lag insanely!

They are avaible on the Pixel Printer at 1 pixel each, I made a wall of 10 and it killed the Jelly King at a mere minute or less, it can kill Gamma enemies within a few shots

Can you tell me where can i rise the standing turret damage?
I think it's in "standingturret.object" file, but i can't find a line where is damage defined. I've found speed of fire and bullet speed, but not damage. It could be in other file, but don't know where. Anybody knows?
(I don't want to rise up speed fire cause when there's standing more than 30 turrets 30 x 5 bullets per second it too much for my PC)

is it just me or do turrets only cost 1 pixel in the 3D printer? i had to find this out after i laboriously mined and crafted about 15 of them

Edit: nevermind it is the same price for other people

  16. It's a bug, the price will be fixed int he update.

As you said on 10 lvl planet 30 towers need more than 1 minute to kill 1 monster, but... i finally found how to rise tower damage. You must only found "turretbullet.projectile" file (you can open it with notepad) and you've got here power of 1 bullet. Now it is 5 (and it deal 6 dmg to monsters).
    This is that line:
    "power" : 5.0,
When you change it to 50.0 it will deal 54 dmg. (i change it to 500.0) If you think that game wil be too easy for you you can also rise the cost of turrets in "standingturret.recipe".
