The Lombax in frackin' races jump like they're on hypersteroids, AKA over trees and stuff, so I wanted to make a patch. With the way that I have the patch right now, it seemingly has no affect on the jump height of the character. Can someone please help me figure out what I've done wrong? Here is the file, containing the metadata, and the scripts folder that contains the patch itself.
Well, I realize I am quite late in responding, but, in case you come back to look (or for others' interest), I'll try to explain the problem. When you make a patch file, you need to put it in the same directory path as the original (or it won't take effect). The patch file you made has the path: "/scripts/lombax_striped.raceeffect.patch" Whereas the original path is: "/species/lombax_striped.raceeffect" So, if you move/rename your patch file to: "/species/lombax_striped.raceeffect.patch" Then I imagine it would work as intended.
