Bug/Issue Tree in front of greenhouse blocks exit

Loving the game so far.
However in front of the greenhouse on the "welcome mat" there was a half grown tree when the little guys rebuilt the greenhouse. Without removing it first if you enter the greenhouse you'll get stuck when you exit as you spawn inside the tree and you can't interact with the tile you're on to get rid of it.
