My take on death-notices in general, tombstone or otherwise, would be a bit more technological, and more "clinical" to attempt to keep with the space exploration theme; hopefully it would be no less humorous. I imagine a data module or holo-tombstone would be dropped by dead players in the game, at least.

"User anti-incendiary rotational kinematic failure." -Normal burning, could not stop, drop, and roll.

"User experienced blood containment failure." -Laceration death.
"User appendage retainment error. Please re-attach limb." -Limb gibbed off.
"User error." -Suicide function.
"User kernel panic. Please reboot." -Psychic or mental death, or death while AFK.
"User warning. Planet approaching at 194 km/h." -Fall damage.
"User failure to heed wildlife endangerment warning detected." -Wildlife death.
"User requests orbit maintenance." -Crashed from space.
"User piloting error; license points docked." -Death from impact in vehicle.
"User traffic management error." -Death from impact by vehicle.
