    Hi. How's it going?

    Shhh... You're safe here.

I'd like to take a moment to encourage everyone to write something good about this game.
Then, you can take the next moment to say something you don't like about this game.
And the final moment can be spent giving a suggestion to improve that feature you don't like.

    I'll begin.

I like the massive amount of planets that you can explore.
I don't like how you can grow crops anywhere where there's dirt. Anywhere.
Something that can fix this would be to add requirements for crops to grow, like water, or sunlight. Or maybe even a temperature gauge on plants.

    I like the animal noises
I don't like the size of my ship
solution: Expand ship interior size (yes I already know you can mod to fix it, but I think the default size should be increased and not require you to install a mod)

Waiting for the game to have more content, i REALLY like where the game is going but i think i can get more fun out of it if i wait until there are more features so i don't get bored of it too early

Pretty sure ship building or remodeling will be in the full release.

I love the silly clothing you can find, and creepy things you find deep underground.
I have yet to find asteroids, but I have only attempted a few times.
The lack of upgrades for the bow is disappointing though.

    RexBox Scruffy Nerf-Herder

    I love the random encounters
I hate how you need to kill the robot you made to gain something you put into it(I honestly can't stand logig errors like this)
    Solution: Change the boss concept?

I like the race choices, and that you have a reason to be playing space vagrant.

I don't like using pixels for crafting.

It could be fixed by either removing it out right (why exactly do I need to put money on the anvil to make something with it? DRM for the 3d printer era?)

    OR

have a choice, you can either gather materials and put together components and things, or spend pixels and skip the gathering part.

    I like:
The framework that the game is built around is absolutely rock solid and infinitely expandable. I love that as an up and coming modder I can do all sorts of things to keep my multiplayer server thriving for a long time to come.

    I dislike:
That there isn't a lot of content built on the framework just yet - but I am hopeful that we get loads!

  9. Arisol

    Arisol Void-Bound Voyager

I like the vast amount of planets and biomes you can explore

I don't like the size of your ship, it's so small!

I think there should be a way to upgrade your ship size as you get to higher tiers, or add sidequests to find upgrades for the ship.

Do you know what pixels are? What you said doesnt make sense at all.
Pixels are MATTER, not money. They are a fine dust which can be compressed to take shapes. Its not money, but it is used as economic material due to its usefulness.

I fucking love the musc omg yes
I don't like how I feel so weak next to the higher level monsters even in good gear
Balance the armor(But it's a beta so I know this is coming anyway)

I like the massive amount of planets.
I don't like having to grind for fuel.
I would suggest getting rid of fuel or let any material (dirt blocks, crappy weapons, etc.) be used as fuel.

  13. Eled

    Eled Orbital Explorer

They are a a tiresome stalling block used to drag out the interminable grind that befouls this game. What does adding a cost in them to every craft-able item add to my experience?

How does having to stop what I'm doing to grind more instead of mining and making as I choose add anything to the pleasure?

Those who wish to hunt and kill could do so anyway did they not need to, and I who do not am forced to.

There are a great many pixel capsules while mining.

  15. SephiGast

    SephiGast Void-Bound Voyager

I love how much potential this game has.
Even though there is a ton of lore on each race (and no doubt some form of planned intro cut scene for each race) I feel the story is lacking (yes I know it's sandbox game, but it could have a story line ya know :p)
Possible fix for the introduction to the each race would be to actually have you start on your home planet (before what ever destruction occurred) go through a series of tutorial's and then have you flee the planet... hence forth starting your journey :D

Other than that, I have very little negative thing's to say about this game, the concept is sound, sure there is still a lot that need's to be tweaked before we can move on to the next stage of beta, but all in all it is fun.

Each race is getting an intro cutscene. As far as I know the Human one is the furthest along.

I THINK I saw somewhere that each race will have an individual questline(Giving you more reason to play each one) that will replace the current boss/quest design.

The tutorial idea is pretty sweet though.

  17. SephiGast

    SephiGast Void-Bound Voyager

Well the idea of that came to me due to the amount of people who seem to have trouble with the game's current progression, I also knew about the questline, wasn't 100% on the intro cutscenes :p

  18. Eled

    Eled Orbital Explorer

For you, game is randomised, the experience that one player has is not what all players have, also the fact that I don't loose ore when I die, unlike pixels.

And don't tell me I need to play better because again the game is nether consistent between players nor balanced as yet.

  19. Slywyn

    Slywyn Existential Complex

Sure the game is random but the pixel distributions(Just like ore) are randomized to an average.

There's supposed to be 'about x amount' across the planets in your game. So move around a bit until you find more pixels.

Also pixel containers and mobs drop more pixels as you progress, which offsets the crafting costs considerably.

  20. VampireZio

    VampireZio Void-Bound Voyager

I like the game so far
I don't like the amount of planet clustered together, seriously 6 planets hovering each other...wtf.

Solution: Limit the amount of planets in the orbits.
