To stay up for beta or to not stay up for beta..

Well it's 12:20am right now, I'm in PST so as soon as 10:00Am hits the Beta releases..So should i stay up for the beta or should i not? If i don't i will almost for sure wake up after 10:00am because i stayed up last night also..So what should i do?

 

Use an alarm clock?

 

I don't even own one. Even if i did i'm a super heavy sleeper.

 

You're lucky tho... you've only got to wait roughly 10 hours. I live in Australia... and 10hrs from now will be about 20AM - and i have to work tomorrow. So i wont be playing Starbound for about 24hrs. You'll have finished the game by the time i get to it.

And... damnit... i want to play it now! lol. Although really, another day wont hurt... but still you know what i mean.

 

Well it goes live at 5am for me so I am just going to bed. Better to get up and play all day than sit up and play for a few hours before the screen burns the image of the desk top in to my tired eyes

 

Drink a pint or two of water, and go to bed. You'll be up before 10am for sure

 

wel im propley gonna stay up for a few hours (incase it goes early) then go to bed and wake up some time after the beta hits then pull and all nighter

then again thats my plan lol

 

I'm going to bed, i'm on PST as well, so i'll sleep in grab it whenever that way I don't get swallowed by the rush.

 

Luckily for me, it go's live at 6pm which really is a perfect time for me

 

Go to bed early and enjoy the game after you wake up. You´ll have more playtime.

i live in germany and it will release at 7pm, so i will have the whole night (and the days after )

 

hmmm, do you have anyone in the house that wakes early that could come wake you up?

 

I honestly can't get to sleep.

Eat some oatmeal or grits and go to sleep.

 

I.. will be sick tomorrow. That is all.

 

I'm staying up for it, but I'm a night person and woke up only 3 hours ago any ways. Besides I doubt I would have any ways, I feel as excited as a kid on Christmas eve.

 

Going to sleep early so I can wake up at five AM to play with my buddies.

Normally I'd stay up for it, but I want to be fresh for it.

 

I won't be sleeping, but only because I work the night shift and right now is usually about lunch time for me.

 

Comes out 4 in mourning. wakes up at 7 to see in in my steam inventory. scream in excitement. go to school for six hours. play game.

 

Doesn't look like my bank put my money on my card yet so i don't have it pre-ordered so I wont be getting beta when it launches. If I did though i'd be staying up lol

 

Beta will be on tonight around 18-19u so when i get home from work i will install it, and then i have a pokergame to attend :s so if i loze early i can rush home and play starbound, so tonight is a win-win situation for me
