They mean organic mech as in the big vehicles with dakka and legs. Only without the 'mechanised' part.

It might be, but it just looks vastly different than the one we saw in the GIF released last week. That's the only reason I didn't think that was it in the first place. Hard to say.

 

Red things go fasta'. True dat.

 

They go even faster if you put flames on the side. Or bunnies. Better yet: flaming bunnies.

 

The thread is a long read but I do recall at least one other Starbound dev on there, I think posts under the user name Gay 4 Marblez starting from page 2 on is Rho. Lest from what I recall hearing awhile ago.

I know Marblez talks alot about, well just about everything from modding, to combat, to cloning, stuff and things. I'd quote it but I'm not good at forum wizardry and I'm kinda busy today. lol

The thread is nearly 70 plus pages and growing but it is full of useful infos and worth the long read.

 

TFGoose covered that a page back. But, it seems we owe it to you since we (or at least I) found the thread from a prior post of yours. But, I had no interest in reading the whole thing...no way. Haha. Too long. And I doubt there's much new stuff minus things devs say, but TFGoose put together what Tiy posted anyway, and I made a similar post before about it in the announced info thread. Thanks again for putting the SomethingAwful link up yesterday!

For some reason I want to say that the quality of the visuals here is very appeasing. Something about the contrast and colors. Im definitely into pixel-craft, but not only does this screen shot look legit like the Chucklefish webpage, It makes fora pretty sweet wallpaper.

 

Badly decorated? Hardly that duck is amazing!

Great now the apex are going to brag about how monkeys are cooler than other races.

 

Very cool, I hope that we get to increase the size, capacity, and capability of our ships, especially if we can alter the appearance between different types. That'd be enjoyable.

 

Well, the ship gets bigger and better as you progress through the story. Also, each species' ships all look different

 

The Apex painting is the only thing that's off in my opinion. It looks fine otherwise.

It needs an airlock chamber. Every ship does... But I guess the rubber ducky weighs it out...
