"We gotta do somethin'." I don't know why "we" always has to be me every damn time. We, we, we. What do I look like, an expert in worm? This simple mod replaces the worms you can hit with your hoe, turning them into a very tiny Graboid worm from the movie "Tremors". I had a hard time finding worms in grass, so this is my solution. 1.04 https://mega.nz/#!Kw0GHSpS!uKpF2146has2RhJSxURcDk5IfjFz4YgFJQ1-U9aOfgM http://www.mediafire.com/download/3l1mk3gtp8tt3ao/Graboid+Worm+Replacement.zip 1.05 Update by Snaitf Extract the folder's contents to this location; Code: /Steam/steamapps/common/Stardew Valley/Content/ If you want to revert to the old worms, just delete the following file and validate game files from steam; Code: /Steam/steamapps/common/Stardew Valley/Content/LooseSprites/Cursors.xnb
would you mind upload the files at dropbox or mediafire or attached it? couldn't access mega.nz Thanks
Haha! I just edited the worm icon to flash yellow and red to make them easier to see, but your's is SOOO much better, grabbing this one, deleting mine. THANK YOU!
I've updated this for Stardew Valley v1.05 that was just released (the spritesheets changed a bit for the new zoom), hope you don't mind, but this is my favorite worm replacement!
Oh, it stopped working in the update? I didn't even notice. I mean, all it was was a single png file and nothing more. I'll be on the ball more (hopefully) in the next patches. Til then, I'm putting a link to your post in the OP. Thanks Snaitf!
No problem! Personally, I can't live without this. And, I don't think it 'stopped working', exactly, but since the vanilla cursors.png changed with the update, it would have caused problems as the new stuff wouldn't have been in there. I simply opened yours and copied the worm sprites to the new 1.05 cursors.png and re-packed. Art work is still all by you!
What! I would honestly never have even looked, haha. I just downloaded this mod, so maybe I will see them too
I love these worms and they make the dig spots sooo much easier to find. But.... For some reason, this mod changes the warm yellow glow from daytime windows to be dotted with ugly black spots. Luckily, I remembered to backup Cursors.xnb before installing, so once I deleted the mod version and renamed the backup, the sunlight went back to normal.
for some reason the game now unpacks the cursors file with lots of artifacts on it, OP needs to find another cursors png file template without the artifacts
