Race Time Lords

For the Whovians out there, The Time Lords would be great, for the 50th anniversary for Doctor Who, it would be amazing! Like The TARDIS like Ship, Gallifrey, Cyberplanet, Roxacollafatorius, etc. IT WOULD BE AWESOME Please Chucklefish, Do this for the Whovians.

 

I love this idea, as I am a Whovian. However, I think this is better suited as a mod rather than an actual part of the game. I would love if they made an actual Gallifrey-like planet! This is an awesome idea, though. Keep brainstorming!

 

As a bonus - you could have the game randomize your character appearance upon respawn.

 

Least add a Time Lord race in which you regenerate when you die. Now that would be cool.

 

Umm. No. Here's why.

Yes, there are references to Dr. Who in-game. This said, it's better for all involved parties if they stay that way. References. If there was a time lord race, there'd have to be a Wookie race, and a Vulcan race, etc. You can't show your hand like that without having the whole game turn into a panda ring extravaganza.

 

*cough* copyright problems *cough* Chucklefish would most likely have to get permission first, and I don't think it'd work out anyways.

 

Slight issues with that
1. Copyright
2. Canonically, there's only one left
3. Regeneration would be wayyyyyy to OP
