    I think maybe you should spend more time on your server working out issues and less time on Male Sex Toy sites.
    Just a friendly hint, in the future edit your pictures your uploading.

    I hope server commands are added soon, so we can stop this kind of crap. I can understand why they removed a lot of the spawn commands..kind of. However, we really need administrative powers like kicking and banning.

    I suppose it's not really on CF's mind at the moment, they probably want to focus on the content of the game before really doing anything more with multiplayer.

    Block their ip with windows firewall or iptables for Linux. To find their IP just search the server log for their user name.
    Then you wont even need built in banning.

    the server log always say info not user name0.0

    Unfortunately, at this stage of the beta, server administrative tools are not available. If you make your server IP public by sharing it on the forums or giving it to people you don't know, you have to deal with the risk of people cheating. The best you can do for now is give everyone unique passwords so you can revoke access on a per-player basis.

    I don't see what is being referred to as cheating here. Is the screenshot showing the player's ship, which was modified to be larger than normal? Do they have an item they shouldn't have?

    Funny post! As for admin commands. We need them BADLY. Atleast kick/ban. Maybe more.

    Off topic. I notice you were also on cheat happens. Amazing site! The fact they update for this game as it patches is great.

    Either way thank you for the good laugh Thomas. :) You made my day.

    Yes the log does give ip addresses. for example here is me connecting to a server on my network:
    Code:
    Info: Connection received from: 192.168.1.88
    Warn: UniverseServer: client connection made from 192.168.1.88
    Info: Sending Handshake Challenge
    Warn: UniverseServer: Logged in account as player Lila

    Just search for the first instance of a players name. it will be preceded by a line with their ip address, like my example above. stick that in your firewall as a deny rule for starbound's port and bam, you have banned them.

    This is the way to ban people right now.

    It's an IPv6 Address,

    I can't confirm, but logging IPv6 may be unimplemented

    Good find! I don't know anyone that uses ipv6.

    Does anyone have an idea on what to do to get the server to log ipv4 addresses instead of ipv6 ?

    go into your starbound/universe/accesscontrol.config

    and add your friends there.
    Code:
     "accounts" : {
        "Friend1" : { "password" : "test" },
        "Friend2" : { "password" : "test2" },
        "Friend3" : { "password" : "test2" },
        "Friend4" : { "password" : "test2" },
        "GoodFriend" : { "password" : "admin" }
     },
     "bannedAccountNames" : [ "NIY", "NIY", "NIY" ],
     "bannedAddresses" : [ "his IPV6 address"   ],
     "bannedPlayerNames" : [ "Profanity1", "Profanity2", "andsoon","Simone" ]
    }
    [/CODE

    Check your FW logs for hiv IPV6 adress and deny access to connect. (only do this if you know how to ban the block he's using. otherwise it's useless)
