This is MY weapon...

I'd like to know if there will be any kind of "renaming tool" in Starbound: i'm happy everytime i find a new weapon in Borderlands that fits my style and a renaming tool could could really make me giggle like a little bitch.
What do you think?

 

I sure hope so. I don't think it would be ridiculously hard to add, but having that customization option would be cool.

I like the idea of naming weapons, always have. Really gives a more personal feel to your character.

On another note, with the random items and crafting the way it is, I wouldn't see why they wouldn't have an option like this. But there still is a chance I suppose...

 

What about naming pets? Naming your ship? Naming planets you find?
