    It would be nice if heat could pass through blocks and make them behave differently.
    Metals could get heated up from lava, which would make them dangerous to touch, and you could heat up water to create steam, for electric generation, that is if there will be any electric mechanics in the game.
    Also you could make freezers, to store your food and booze in.
     
  2. The main Thermal reaction I see in-game is Lava + Water. But I like this idea, if your Metal blocks are touching Lava, they would be heated up and damage you. :lolwut:
    About the others I don't see any electricity in-game, but it was already suggested.^^

    Different metals would need different resistances to heat, like in real life where Aluminum and Iron don't heat up at the same rate.

    It could go much farther than that. We already know temperature is in the game (at least it was last time I checked). So why not have blocks that have different effects with different temperatures? Like a block changes color when heated, or one that goes from solid to passable when it reaches a certain temperature.
