There is something.... off about the Santa clothes...

depends what community youre in. sensitive conservative people get offended over just about anything, doesnt have to be everyone elses problem. well getting offended is a choice and so is looking provocative/sexy/whatever.

 

1. Have you seen the vanity content? It is exactly that, for making a visually pleasing character. I wouldn't think of it any other way, so I don't see your point in stating that.

2. Yes, I just see it out of the ordinary that a 'Sexy (barely) Mrs Clause' outfit is seen as unusual, have you ever been to a club? I don't think a push up top or a short skirt is anything worth mentioning in any way.

I knew it probably was a bug. I was just saying that putting a fully clothed man and a bare-chested woman and calling them both santa is kinda sexist.

 

Its really hard to open a thread in these forums without it getting out of hand because almost everyone on the internet seems to only be interested in being over the top anymore.

While I could care less, I play this game with a chick and she doesn't like the santa's little hooker outfit, imagine that.

 

I do hope the people complaining of sexism know that the male preview is always shown.

Oh, so you mean the preview isn't a bug, but is meant to be a sexy male santa? It should probably not be called "Mrs Claus'" then. That's what confused people.

Easiest fix would be, of course, switching things to 'Claus' and 'Sexy Claus' since that's evidently the case right now. Also consider that in popular media, Mrs. Claus isn't exactly depicted as being overly clothed as much as she used to. Old Mrs. Claus is still my favorite, but I digress.

Also, crossdressing isn't fully implemented so getting the full outfit done properly is kinda iffy. It's why I set my character to male but with female hairstyle and such and tend to use unisex clothing. Things change, but the main preview is for males for now. A notable example would be the Cool Pantsm which turns into a skirt for females so far.

I wouldn't hop on Chucklefish's ass just because cosmetic things aren't exactly getting priority - also considering artists are probably mostly busy with other things, and coding for said crossdressing isn't done. Also, even artists fuck things up. See: the Hanukkah candle thing. My apologies for not knowing the word.

Oh, and nobody is forcing you to use any of this. Especially since Christmas is over.

And if I hear the word 'sexism' one more time I'm going to throw a god damn brick at someone.

It appears to me the outfit is way more open if you put it on males, which might even be done for sake of comedy, while female version of Ms. Santa outfit is just a dress.
Also, everybody's free to wear the Mr. Santa outfit, right, it's not like like it's one outfit that's skimpy for females and one traditional for males.
