Some game also let you adjust your characters breast size. Only if you're female though.

 

I don't think this will happen. Stretching pixel art always results in an unclean outcome.

But Metal Slug managed... okay, those technically could be seperate models. But still, maybe instead of a slider have a selection of body types? Maybe something like Average, Lithe, Muscular/Amazon, and Whoa Big? Then again with everything being up in the air like hair, skin, cosmetic and functional body mods... alright, might be not that big of a deal maker/breaker. Still would be fun... then again one of the first things I did in Fable once I got the chance was max out my skill hero's weight.

 

Races? Awesome. I wonder how they will do that? I feel like designing your own character traits and appearance, almost like designing a pixel character, could be used, so anybody could make their own race.

But if thats not possible at least have a Wookie-ish race!
