This one is cleary the Avian Mech, since it have the two wings and there's no reference to Hylotl race... It's not that " fishy "

 

Could be, I just figured with the little wing look things on the side...
well they could be like fish fins... nah too big.

The feet push the ground and the ground pushes the mech up into the air.

The glitch's mech would be a robotic steed that they built then have to break it in like a wild mustang

 

Oh, well, maybe the connecting mechanism between the top part and bottom part... OR it doesn't jump but instead the wings on the side make it hover/glide!

I disagree! I think this looks completely underwater friendly. The fins, the wheels for ocean floor movement, the open bubble top for open underwater viewing. This looks completely Hyotl to me.
