Hello there. My Name is Jens, 33 Years old and from Germany. I have buyed the Game a few Days ago and since them, I tried many many Mods from here and the Nexus Side... and I like it! xD My most Favoriteted are the Metroid Mods, the Mega Man X Mod, The Xenomorph Mod and the Pony Mod Pack. (At the Moment I have one Male character with the second X Armor on, and a Female called Samus Aran with the Varia Suit and the matching Ship. + 2 more Saves with a Allicorn and one with a Xenomorph Queen. (All for testing. ^^ ) It is interesting that so much is possible in this Game, even it is still Early Access, and it is very Stable compared to other similar Titels. *Darkout* To bad, that the Tutorial ends from now to then without a clue, what to do next. Had to read me through a walkthrough to find it out, and the search for a matching BRAIN was a endless task too... I'm curious to see how the game will evolve. So long for now. ;-)
Hey, welcome to the comunity! Brain?Oh, your not playing the unstable build?Well, you should, just had a massive update, revamped progression, mechanics, added missions, ship, quests, everything, really. Much better than the Stable.
It has come out, its in the unstable build! Actualy, its quite stable, despite its name, and quite playable too, you sould see it, really awesome!
The hivemind welcomes the hive too. And so do I, because **** the hivemind. And I second those who suggested the Unstable Build. It is quite stable despite the name, though you might experience some drops in fps on more populated areas. It only crashed on me once, while fiddling with chests.
Welcome to the forums, the unstable build is quite stable, though there are still some bugs. Also all of those mods probably broke, so...

Not at all. The way mods function completely changed with the new update. If it doesn't say "Upbeat Giraffe", it won't work.
Damn... I have over 20 Mods installed... and most are, as i remember right, for the Koala Update... Hmm, than it is again, testing and sort out... As if I haven't something other to do. xD And I liked my Race Mods, and the Metroid Equipment Mods so much...
BTW, if your gonna get a mod, get a penguin one. All hail the glorious penguin master race! But in all seriousness, welcome to the forums.
Hi Ben. Sorry but I'm not interestet in Penguines. ^^ I like the Pony Mod more, or the Xenomorph mod, or the both Pokemon Chara Mods, or some of the others. ^^ And, there are some Metroid Mods. Some with Armore, one with a Ship, one with the Ball Technology and a last with the Weapons. But, why do they don't work together and make one Modpack for Both Versions out of it or one for the new Version, like it is in the MMX Modpack? There could even be enemys in it, like some of the Metroids, the X or the Sa-X and naturaly the Space Pirates. (There could be a Moon or some planets like in the Metroid Games, with all of them in it. Zebes, SR-388, Lumina, similar Locations like in Metroid Prime and Prime 3 Corruption or Prime Hunters, all with its own Campaign.) The possibilitys are endless, but it is much much work, and I don't know if it is makeable, with the new system... And maybe it only makes sense after 1.0 Fullgame was released, because what brings such a massive Game Mod, if the complete Work becomes unusable with the next Game Version? ^^ Hmm, but how would it be makable, to make the emergency crashlanding on Lumina or Metroid Prime Corruption, if the Ship normaly is only over the Planet?... And I'm the only one, for that makes the actual Ship no really sence? We start at the Beaming Plattform. There is only some little Inventory Stuff to start with, we can't get in the Cockpit and there is nowhere a sign of basic furnitures. Where has the Passageer sleeped, where he or she has eat all the Time? (And nowhere something to clean him or herself and no toilett? Even a Cryo System is nowhere to be seen... or was the survivor all the Time in the Teleporter Matrix, like Scotty in this one special Star Treck - next Gen Episode with the Dyson Sphere? K, it makes sense if the Player should make really all himself from scratch, or if the only ship he could get to flee from earth, was an old and most empty small freighter. But even then there should be a Basic furniture in it. Even the Millenium Falcon has a basic Furniture. ^^ There could even been a Metal Worktable, but not Usable in the Start, because of the Ships condition and energy faildown. And why are this two last useabele Stations so deep over the ground? With two blocks over the groundlevel, there would be more stuff placeable in the ship as now. There are so much possibilitys to make it better than it is now and I hope they will come in future. ;-) Edit: After some testing I have found out, that of all Mods I have for the enraged Koala Build, only the PG_Nude Mod function well. The other mod for... a bigger rag on Female Characters, brings the Game to crash. The Mod for autimatic open and close doors brings an Error with it, so the doors won't open automatic, but insted you can't pass open doors anymore. Colorbound is loaded, but has makes seeable differences Ingame. All Race Mods, or the Pony Mod Pack, function anymore, same to all other Mods that brings or have buildable Stuff in it. Really to bad... :-(
Wow, didn't expect that much of a response. I was just kinda making a bit of a joke as I like penguins and would love to play as a penguin through the Starbound universe. I like your idea of a Metroid themed modpack, but I'm not a modder, mostly a player.
