The Terrarium Topper is a miniature habitat contained in a portable tank that rides snugly on your cranium whilst drawing power from your body (guess where that ocean water comes from). Possible effects: -EDIT- Didn't see the extra rules post -Terrarium environment changes depending on the biome (volcano for hot biomes, storm clouds for wet ones, etc.) -Clouds spin around as you move similar to the goldfish in Terraria.
Thanks, I'm glad you like the hat. To be honest, I'm a little worried about the first effect and whether or not the devs will frown upon it.
IMO, they will probably like the idea and not count it against you because it gives it more creativity. If it gets picked maybe they will just remove the effect. Come up with a better one if you don't like it. I like it though.
I don't think they said anything against cosmetic effects. If this hat could give you the ability to fly, then that's one thing, but if it just changes animations I'm pretty sure it's okay.
I would hope so. I think for now I might just make some alternate base colors and different environment types.
