When do you all think the next Starbound update will be coming out? I'm predicting this weekend/early next week.
My god, I just noticed the 1.2 MB patch to Risk Of Rain. The enforcer can now move while blocking! It practically makes you invincible!
I actually enjoy using him now, he feels a lot less clunky. I just wish they would buff the Miner, he's kind of underpowered in my opinion.
It's a cool rogue-like action platformer, published by Chucklefish. Worth picking up for 10$ on steam if you're into action platformers and don't get too frustrated with difficult games. Personally, my favorite parts of it are the ten unique, unlockable classes, and the fact that it's got online co-op and local co-op in addition to solo.
I have lost some interest in risk of rain sense I am not one for restarting and I had my computer wiped so I had to restart. yet I unlocked 3 characters on my first go so I guess that's an accomplishment.
Sounds like the next update will be a great time to hop back in, as long as we don't invest copious amounts of effort into planets which will leave us broken and unmotivated when they're wiped. Solution to that is keep the stuff you love most on your character, and do building and ship decoration just to pass the time while bearing in mind that they'll eventually be wiped. Having said that, I actually like resetting my character sometimes to coincide with an update - I'll surely do that multiple times if I start playing a lot when this update is out. Tl;dr: basically more clan Starbound soon probably good yes
I like starting over my character every once in awhile, too. It's also given me the opportunity to play different races every time.
