That's not hard to do let your browser stay on this tread or a popular one and refresh like every 5 min

The system thinks you watched the tread so he will give you an alert if someone posts there and since you don't click on the actualy alerts they won't go away as an result at the end of the day you got lots of alerts

 

I have got a way to get over nine thousand alerts.

Step 1: Get a dog

Step 2: Make a thread about how cute, awesome and beautiful your dog is.

Step 3: Get some photos of your dog and post it on the thread.

Step 4: Let the war begin.
