I think, the point that I was trying to get across is that sure, he could get into trouble and banned or whatever. But ultimately that's between him and chucklefish, not us. All we can do is go on as normal. There's no need to treat him differently, nor to get into an argument about it. Ultimately Wox is right, if Chucklefish say they'll follow the law, that's what they'll do. o.o, but it's not our place to get involved in the situation. If he signed up knowing he wasn't old enough that's his decision.

EDIT: Also, isn't the forum's server being moved into the UK? In that situation the rules may well change anyway.

@Mist Eerie - you don't have to go anywhere, as somebody on this forum (dont remember who) said, the issue is between you and chuckle fish, everybody else needs to let it go and get off your back - you have every right to want to be part of a community and keep up to date on a game your excited about and since this isn't a "Major" release, it's hard to do that without being on the forums.
