Your allowed to be 11 and be on forums as long as you have so called " parentle supervision" why do you think on comertials made for kids games like super monky quest they tell kids to go online but ask your parents first?

 

It's not chucklefish's fault that these members were younger then 13

Besides they claimed they were 13 years or older

As for the law on it self of course law is law but there is a diffrence between moraly wrong and what is wrong by the law, the law is there to prevent what may be moraly wrong or at least most of the laws in this case with the thought that kids under 13 are more harmed by for example bullying that may come allong with private messaging and accounts yadyadayadayada

If the source of the problem is gone that is that they didn't matured enough there isn't really a meaning for that law in this case

I'm not saying they didn't do their research. But all I know is as long as you have a parent watching you its fine. You also need to have the parent make the account for you under their name and their information.

I feel sorry for your friends being banned
