I've been playing FTL lately. Its like starbound only more linear and not as explorable. Anybody else have it?

Yes, a lot of people on my friends list have been playing FTL, perhaps I'll look into it later.

 

Its really good, its quite spacy in a similar fashion to starbound but with strategy.

 

Has anyone considered hosting a dedicated terraria server for us? I think i can order up a dedicated server for about 12$ a month. Apparently you dont need to have a CC for paypal to take "some" money, i think it caps at 100$. If anyone is interested in donating to this cause, please let me know.

As for the dedicated Terraria server, I don't play much terraria these days, but I think if we had a dedicated server that would motivate me. I would donate to it, but I'm kinda low on cash at the moment.

Also, I still need some more ideas of what games the game tournament would be, and how they would be organized. You guys are the best!

 

Perhaps a gladiator fight in terraria? If you're interested I'll explain the rules.

Also out of curiosty, why don't we have any ranks?

 

I think right now we lack ranks in favour of equality. I guess when it comes to the actual game, we will ultimately need a couple of admins. But if we're all friends as well as clan members, then admins are more a formality than anything else. There shouldn't be any inappropriate behaviour to deal with.

 

Not exactly what I meant but to keep organized yes, and maybe an on-call architect or a guy that knows everything about every planet.

 

people. mr braun has a server set up. for terraria. also there is gmod. which can have a server set up easily. looking forward to whatever you guys have instore in the futre now gentle men time!!!! also i have something made for the contest not big or good. just something small. i'll link it in a sec
